Got the El Capitan. Everything was cooked properly. Great texture. Meat was juicy. The issue was that there was little to no flavor on anything. Bacon wrapped shrimp were the best part because it tasted like bacon. Chicken and steak fajita were flavorless. Shrimp and crawfish sauce was flavorless. Black beans had no flavor. If you like flavor and spice stick to taco trucks. Way too expensive for bland food. Taco Bell would have been better.

We came in and immediately the manager, Armando welcomed us in and was wondering how we were; very nice man. Also when we were seated at our table, our waiter Chad immediately came over and was very kind and generous and polite. Throughout the meal he made sure our drinks were filled and we had enough chips and salsa. When our food came in it was the best it has ever been very delicious food. While eating Chad made sure everything was okay and tasted good while the manager, Armado came by and asked if everything tasted good and if we liked it. It was wonderful! And for being kind and polite, Chad surprised us with Sopaipilla's they were the best and they had powdered sugar on them with honey and a strawberry. By far the best experience I have ever had in a restaurant! Thank you so much Gringos Tex-Mex for the wonderful staff and food.
I have been here several times and each time the food is consistently delicious and the service is always great. The wait staff are very attentive and friendly. Love the atmosphere here and the complimentary ice cream machine ?. This is the location we visit the most.
