I used to love going here because the quantity ratio to the price was decent. I would come home with a bowl full of food, which last me for two meals because I don’t eat much when I get a regular sized bowl. However, lately I feel like they’ve been cheating me of the portion. They barely give me any rice, let alone protein and salad 😭. My bowl is always half empty. It’s been very disappointing.

I wanted to review this place because I received the best customer service from this place today. I wanted eat this today but I have physical mobility issues currently I deal with so I didn't see they had a drive thru or curbside pickup available but I decided to call and ask. I spoke to Dominique and she stated they don't have curbside but she would be willing to make that happen if wanted to place an order. So I placed the order through the app and called as soon as I arrived like she directed. And within minutes she came out and handed me the food. She's a good employee and she deserves a raise. She's a good asset to the restaurant. Thank you Dominique for making my day today. Very grateful for your kindness.

I swear true opinion about this place . I see them fancy video on Instagram like 100 of people on line waiting for food so I think let go try it honestly food is cold and the taste is so salty I have no idea how houston people eat this means in houston sell anything people gonna go buy it . really disappointed

Been getting food from GR for a few years now and food & quality control are good! Today Dominique helped me out and had a very nice conversation with me. Very good food, good service, and free drinks as well!
The food was good the serving was also enough. I like that they use bowl instead of platter as it can accommodate enough food. Other than that i had a coupon that i wanted to use. The guy ok counter asked me show him how much is the discount i am looking for. It was 10 percent. He gave me 10 percent discount. The service guy was emphatic. Will visit again

Been coming here since it opened, recently they started aggressively skimming on portions, specifically for the burrito.
Its understandable for meat but I have to ask 3 times for the server to give enough cucumbers or lettuce is pretty bad.
