I usually love this place but they have serious issues with not having and honoring promotions

I placed an online delivery order today through Google Maps, where this store is listed. One of the suggested delivery options was Grubhub — it was even the second choice on the list. So I used Grubhub to place my order a little before 11 AM, and the payment went through. Grubhub also confirmed the order.
However, close to 12 PM, I received a call from the delivery driver saying the store told him they never received my order and refused to make it. I then called the store myself to ask why they wouldn’t fulfill the order, and they told me they no longer work with Grubhub.
If that’s the case, why is Grubhub still shown as a valid option on Google Maps? Why is there no notification or warning for customers?
I wasted my time and money, and so did the driver. This is not just bad service — it shows a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. I won’t be ordering from this place again, and I highly advise others to avoid using Grubhub for this store unless you want to be ignored and left hanging.

The staff at Happy Lemon Sugar Land are some of the nicest employees you’ll find in the area. They go out of their way to ensure the customers are satisfied and enjoying their time at this location. Also the Thai Tea was one of the best I’ve had in ages. I sincerely appreciate this location and their quality.

First time visiting this area. Went on a Friday afternoon at 4pm. As soon as I parked my car, there was this terrible smell in the air. There was a truck load filled with trash just seating on the right side of the parking lot. This area is full of restaurants and a pile of garbage just chilling outside is not right. Anyway, I went in to order my boba just to be told I have to wait 15mins for my boba in a stinky atmosphere. I was turned off. I won’t return to this neighborhood of restaurants. Not well kept.

I love this store! I look forward to my “Boba Breaks”. Yummy tea! Love that I can adjust the sugar.

Had their vietnamese coffee. Took 1 sip of it and it was terribly sour. Mind you I drink A LOT of coffee every day and this was unbearable. Asked for an exchange for some tea or anything else. They refused to and insisted it was new coffee that she drank this morning as I watched them bring out their tiny amount left over coffee in the fridge and take a sip of it for them to tell me its not sour. Only for them to say its sour because they use coffee substitute. I had them pour my drink out. Didnt even offer normal black tea or anything in exchange. Won't be coming back.

I got the okinawa roasted milk tea it was a little too sweet, and it was heavy and tasted of honey and caramel. The passion mango green tea was bitter but in a refreshing way. The matcha with salted Carmel was tasty, but the matcha was a bit weak. Staff were very sweet!
