I am a regular at this IHOP but today was the best. When I walked in I saw and heard IKENA getting everyone moving with a sense of purpose. Apparently the General Manager was out and everyone was slacking off. In the same sense she was checking on all the workers making sure they were ok as well. That's what I call Initiative and it was wonderful to see. While she was doing that she also did a wonderful job as a server, I ordered and got my food quickly, she checked by regularly...
The food was really good and didn't take long to come out. The wait staff were all very nice and friendly to the customers. It was relaxing and laid back. I went simple and got blueberry pancakes and strawberry lemonade. Nice and classic.
It was busy, we were seated quickly. We had a very fantastic waitress. Our food was exactly as shown and described. We had traveled from Michigan and heading home to Harlingen, TX. Here in Sugarland as well as the two locations in Harlingen have always been top notch! Clean, friendly and the food is great! The very best food is the breakfast menu.
