Staff were too busy talking to each other. I ordered a Regular sized combo. The cashier charged me for Large. I told her I didn't want the Large she said the Manager told her they no longer sold Regular and they don't have Regular cups. Then why have Regular on the menu?
I ordered regular fries and got curly. Was told they can't take the curly back once I accept the bag. Then the fries had about 100x too much salt.
I asked for my chicken sandwich to have no sauce. Someone decided to be funny and drown it in sauce.
Jack in the Box is closing a lot of stores. This one needs to be closed if they are going to treat customers like that.

went to get breakfast in the morning and they had no sausage for any breakfast selection, they only had sprite and dr. pepper for soda, the place was dirty, took 20 minutes to get our food and the sandwich looked nothing like it does on the menu. never coming to this jack again.

I have tried this jack several tines. Drive thru is slow custimer service is horrible and even if you do survey novosy responds. Kind of sad seeing how they arent the only resturant in the area. I tried now 3 times and wait time is horible and customer service is mediocore

I have dropped by this location 3 times to get breakfast around 6:10 AM and the workers NEVER answer the drive-through. I sat there for 10 minutes. I even went to the window. This has to stop and I know I’m not the only person this has happened too. I am never coming back to this location again!

I try to give JACK in the Box a chance every 6 months, and each time they fail me. This will be the last time I will be at any Jack in the Box.
I arrived at this location, no vehicles in drivethru, no customers in the store. I ordered the butteryjack, and came to the drive thru.
This is fast-food, or is supposed to be correct? Food took 15 minutes to get in my hand. The cashier was nice in the window, however that does not justify 15 minutes that I had to wait.
I pulled over to eat in the car. This is where it gets bad. I take my first bite of the burger, and I feel something chewy in my mouth. I look at the burger, and the plastic paper is still on the cheese. I didn't even want to go back inside. I just threw the food away and drove off. I will never come back in this or any Jack establishment again. Every time I give them a chance, they continue to mess up.

When I got in the restaurant, the took my order fast but the food took to long and there was not many people in the restaurant ordering
employees close the lobby, hours before they are suppose to. very unprofessional. i do uber full time so when i wanna get food, i want to get out of my car and stretch my legs. these lazy employees prevented that.

I went to drive thru and asked for a Jacks spicy chicken and a medium curly fries at 8.15 pm . When I got home to my disappointment it was jumbo jack … beef 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️so upset as I don’t eat beef 😭I was charged for a jack spicy chicken though !!!
