Food came out on time and picture perfect. Girl taking the orders was the first time I've seen a Jack In The Box employee happy to be at work in year. Cooks in back looked mostly legit and hard at work.Only bad mark is that the AC isn't keeping up with the Houston heat, so it's not the best place to eat on a hot day.
It's pretty much a standard Jack location. Can be slow at times but not too bad. They use the million drink variation machine, so I get Dr. Pepper since i think it taints the flavors. Get the egg rolls.
I haven’t been to this location in such a long time and let me tell you I was so pleasantly surprised!My husband and I came back from a late concert and needed to eat a late meal after staying up and Kenrick, I believe was his name, was super polite and patient! It’s rare for me to experience this level of amazing customer service!It was so late but he was so kind and friendly.20/10!Keep up the amazing work! We appreciate you!!!!
