I don’t leave reviews! And I gotta say I’m not too happy how the food was packaged. I am disappointed and hope this doesn’t happen again. I understand that sometimes the right containers anren available but at least make it look appetizing. And put the right portions. And we had other orders that weren’t fresh at all but, I just hope the employees do better.

I just had such a great experience at Jack in the Box thanks to John! He went above and beyond with his kindness and made sure our order was perfect. His service was definitely a 10 out of 10 — friendly, fast, and professional. It’s rare to get that kind of energy these days, and it really made our visit stand out. This 5 star is for when Steven Garcia is working , if he isn't my order is wrong, they treat me like I'm asking for too much, I pay for my extra sauce and always ask politely, Steven is always super nice and takes care of my order. Seriously there is a big difference, I'm a frequent la5e night visitor and I can see the difference. Steven goes above and beyond.
