Went through the drive through and I was yelled at for asking for a Dr Pepper and a root beer. Lady yelled uhhh we don’t have root beer. I politely said dang sorry didn’t mean to upset you, are you ok. Her response was what do you want no root beer. At that point I tried to get out the line but there was 3 cars in front of me and 2 behind me. I waited, pulled around and asked for the managers number and the name of the lady in the window. 2 lady’s shrugged shoulders and directed me to the lady in the window by pointing. After a minute or two she came, I placed my order and asked for her managers number. This lady laughed, went through her phone and gave me a number to Hispanic lady that speaks not any English. They shorted my son 2 tacos that I ordered. After waiting 20 minutes my son’s drinks were watered down. I ask the lady for her name, she said Maria. On the receipt it says EricaL, on the wall there are certificates for employees and Erica’s is there. She is extremely rude and a liar!! Whoever the manager is, be careful her next time yelling at a customer. She may get someone that will go bonkers on her.

By far the worst Jack in the Box I’ve been too. First, I would like to say this Jack in the Box is 24/7. I came around midnight. I went to the drive thru and waited to get my order taken and nothing. I went to the window and NO ONE was there to take my order even though the lights were on. I beeped a couple of times and no one. Only reason why someone came to the window is because I was on my phone to see what else I can get. The worker saw me and finally opened the window. Not to take my order but to tell me that they can’t any orders!! What’s the point of this location being open if there aren’t even going to take orders. I will never come to this location again. Don’t bother coming here after hours.

The wait in the drive thru was 50 minutes long!!! 50 minutes!!! For 5 cars. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst service we’ve ever experienced. (Drive thru is curbed in and you can’t pull out to exit.)
All I can say is never again will I eat here again staff is disrespectful disgusting eyewitness one of the workers not even wash their hands after touching a face in their nose when I said something about it and that I wanted them to use gloves they became hostile and started shouting vulgar language towards me

I had a great experience visiting this restaurant today. I placed a mobile order for pickup but decided to eat in the restaurant today. The staff was very friendly, and had the order ready for me when I arrived. My order was accurate and very delicious! The self service station was clean and well stocked. The dining room and restroom were clean. Highly recommend! 🍔 🍟 😋

I recently visited this location with my family although i had a big order and the location was very busy at the moment the staff still took their time ensuring quality i waited 15 minutes but that’s what happens when you order a lot of food the drive thru worker Wayne was very nice and gave me and my family the best experience we could have asked for thank you to the staff
