First, I hate that the Jamba Juice moved in the mall because parking and walking inside the mall just for Jamba Juice is not worth it. Today I decided to finally have Jamba Juice and craving the bowl, I got there at 11 and it says they opened at 10 but it was closed when I got there disappointing.

Printer does not work, cannot print receipts, they don’t accept cash.
Don’t know how much you are getting charged.

The website, Apple Maps and Google all state a 9pm closing. I was turned away and rudely told they were closed at 8:05pm. Please stop hiring high school kids that have no customer service skills.

The girl with the mustache thought that I didn’t see when she drop the fruit gripper on the floor still picked the fruit from the fruit container for my smoothie bowl I told her about how uncomfortable I was with her only rinsing it with water she proceeds to do it and didn’t bother to wash it with soap can’t imagine what happens when we’re not looking

First time we went, the girl said that they didn't have the items to make what we wanted.Okay the second time we went, the guy said, We closed in 25 minutes. I won't be able to make it because we're closing and for this I give 1 star.🤔😒

This was my 1st every time trying jambo juice and I’m impressed. The menu is filled with many things you can order from juices to açaí bowls! The staff was very nice and patient. When I order my smoothie was made fresh and giving to me fast. Every sip of my smoothie was worth it. I can definitely recommend the wild strawberry

I visited this location while shopping and the guy who rang me up had the worst attitude. He seemed bored and upset that I ordered three açaí bowls, even though it’s his job. On top of the horrible service, my receipt did not have his name instead the server name on my receipt is under the other employees name. The guy had an E necklace. I understand working gets tiring but it should not be affecting the service customers receive, will not be coming back to this location ever, since it seems like such a problem to the employee here.

It's a weird set up. Samples on one side and then they point you to opposite side to order then point you back to sample area to pick up your order.

Employees are more invested in their phones all disengaged from customers not ready to receive a customer.

I had to ask if they were making drinks right now they were so disengaged not making eye contact just huddled over their devices.

When she was done making my drink she just slid it across the counter no straw no spoon.

They really don't care here. Just teens collecting a check to pay their cellphone bills.

The drink was delicious. It was my first time and I shared the fact. They didn't care. I won't be back due to poor customer service.
