Generally, I don’t have an issue with this location, but my experience today was disappointing. It was busy, which I completely understand, and I appreciate seeing young employees gaining work experience. However, customer service is still important. I asked for a turkey wrap to be warmed, and the employee seemed confused by the request, even laughing with another team member as though I had asked for something unusual, as she laughed and giggled. I ended up telling them to forget it and that I would warm it at home. On top of that, the wrap was put together so poorly that it fell apart immediately. I don’t expect fine dining service, but when I pay $10 for a sandwich, I do expect it to be prepared properly and served warm, if asked.

Alex & his team are constantly friendly & accurate with my order. I do have special requests for myself & my toddler, & they nail it every time. It's nice to see the level of pride they put into every fresh made delicious sub. I will always highly recommend to stop in at this location, if near by, to give Alex & his friendly staff a big Texas HOWDY!!

I drive for Uber Eats as a second job, and I was here last week to pick up an order. It was late in the evening, and I was completely exhausted after being up since 5 AM and working my first job all day. While waiting, I decided to grab a brownie and a drink.
The young person at the register showed genuine empathy, mentioning that he understood how tough it can be driving around making deliveries. His kindness and understanding really stood out to me in that moment.
The customer service was exceptional. I just wanted to say thank you and to recognize that this young man was clearly raised right. If he continues showing this level of empathy and respect, he's going to go far.

I had the most wonderful experience at this Jersey Mike’s location, because of the woman (I wish I got her name) who made my sandwich. She was so friendly and helpful and it was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. She made my day and made the experience a 10 out of 10.
The staff knows you. Even when I haven’t been to this location in months, they remembered that I have a gluten allergy! So many fresh and different sub options! My favorites are the “Cancro” (hidden menu), the 13-Italian, the 8-club sub supreme, and the cali club. They take as many precautions as possible for gluten allergy in a cross contaminated environment. Cleaning all equipment, paper liners, separate cutting knives, etc! When it comes to the sandwiches, the meat isn’t cut til you order! Fresh as fresh can be!
