I drive for Uber Eats as a second job, and I was here last week to pick up an order. It was late in the evening, and I was completely exhausted after being up since 5 AM and working my first job all day. While waiting, I decided to grab a brownie and a drink.
The young person at the register showed genuine empathy, mentioning that he understood how tough it can be driving around making deliveries. His kindness and understanding really stood out to me in that moment.
The customer service was exceptional. I just wanted to say thank you and to recognize that this young man was clearly raised right. If he continues showing this level of empathy and respect, he's going to go far.

Jersey Mike’s is my go-to spot for a quick, delicious lunch! Whether I’m craving the #13 or their mouthwatering Philly cheesesteak, they nail it every time. I had the most wonderful experience at this Jersey Mike’s location, because of the woman (I wish I got her name) who made my sandwich. She was so friendly and helpful and it was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. She made my day and made the experience a 10 out of 10.

The staff knows you. Even when I haven’t been to this location in months, they remembered that I have a gluten allergy! So many fresh and different sub options! My favorites are the “Cancro” (hidden menu), the 13-Italian, the 8-club sub supreme, and the cali club. They take as many precautions as possible for gluten allergy in a cross contaminated environment. Cleaning all equipment, paper liners, separate cutting knives, etc! When it comes to the sandwiches, the meat isn’t cut til you order! Fresh as fresh can be!

Great, fast service, great sandwiches selection. This is my favorite sandwich place for eat in or to-go. Love their app too, it gives you points and later on cash them in for a free sandwich.

Horrible experience from a couple months ago, called corporate and no one ever answered or reached back out. The cashier Emily gave a horrible attitude since the start gave my sandwich to the wrong person and gave me a wrong sandwich and then was like “ nvm that’s not your sandwich give it back” and I was like ?? Umm well I don’t want a sandwich someone else already touched. And she went crazy trying to raise her voice and saying “ don’t get smart with me” horrible experience definitely don’t go here.
