Outstanding Experience at Jersey Mike’s on University Blvd @L.J. Parkway!
Wow – what a fantastic visit to Jersey Mike’s! I ordered Mike’s Famous Philly, and it was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and made fresh to order. But what really made my experience unforgettable was the exceptional service from Eniyah Bobb, Emya, and Mayra. (Hope I got the names right; apologies if not.)
From the moment I walked in, they made me feel right at home with their warm and welcoming attitudes. They worked together seamlessly, preparing my sandwich with care and efficiency while making sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find a team that not only delivers great food but also creates such a friendly, inviting atmosphere – and these three absolutely nailed it.
A huge thank you to Eniyah Bobb, Emya, and Mayra for going above and beyond – your kindness and professionalism truly made my day. If you’re looking for a delicious sub and top-tier customer service, Jersey Mike’s is the place to go!

I went to Jersey Mike’s for the first time, and it will definitely be my last. I placed an order with only one customer ahead of me, and the restaurant was otherwise empty. Despite this, I stood around for 20 minutes with no one even attempting to make my sandwich. When I finally asked if anyone was going to start on it, I was told that someone “in the back” would handle it. After even more waiting, one of the employees finally decided to make it himself.
In total, I waited 28 minutes for one sandwich completely unacceptable for what’s supposed to be a quick-service restaurant. When I finally got home and started eating, I was immediately disappointed. The sandwich was terrible. Bland, poorly made, and definitely not worth the $20 I spent. I hadn’t eaten all day, so I forced down a few bites before ultimately throwing it away.
This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in a long time. Terrible service, an absurd wait time, and a subpar sandwich. Save your time and money go somewhere else.

the employees today were extremely rude. they made my sandwich wrong and argued with me and told me that it was my fault instead of remaking it. i’ve been coming here for years and never had a problem ordering. hope you guys fire the 2 employees that were arguing with customers on 1/30/25 around noon.

DISRESPECTFUL AND BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL WOMAN who doesn’t know how to take orders over the phone. She needs to be fired asap. Just terrible! Very incompetent on hearing and understanding numbers and words. She told me “hold on, lady” and she proceeded with “I don’t have to do this”. Like girl this is your job.

This location treats their employees horrible!!!! I’ve lived in the area for the last 7 years and as a resident, you see and hear things. Do better Jersey Mike’s, I know I’ll never again spend my money with a company that treats people like they don’t matter!!! A business like this has no place in my beautiful neighborhood ?

Used to like grabbing lunch from here on a weekly basis. Now I know why I stopped. Food is legit but service has fell horribly. Ordered online for a 12:30 pickup. Arrived right at 12:30, they haven't even started. I get it sometimes it gets backed up. But when you ask who the customer is picking up for and then tell them to wait and continue to take 4 or 5 walk in customers and they get served first? Especially a bad look seeing my 2 sandwiches just sitting there open faced with just the meat and not being prepped. I get it if you're short staffed but all customers regardless of online or in-store should be treated the same once they're all in store. Management needs to train staff better to juggle orders in an appropriate order. It took 25 minutes from the time my pickup was supposed to be to the time I got my food. I'll probably try this place again in the future once more, but if I still have a bad experience, I'm done with this place.

If I order a sandwich and the bread is hard, what more needs to be said? I paid 20 dollars plus delivery fees and got a hard breaded sandwich. I called the place and they offered me to drive there and have it remade. I don't know about everyone else, but I don't like eating food that has been remade for me. Should have done it right the first time. Plus, I had it delivered for a reason. Delivery was not free nor is my time. The store failed on food quality and definitely on customer service. I used to tell people this place was very good, but after this, I will never return. If you are wise, order from another sandwich shop. This place does not care about their customers.

Do you get annoyed when you receive a food coupon in the mail for places like Jersey Mike's, Firehouse Subs, and the like, and in the print, it says, "Valid at Participating Locations." There is nothing wrong with this statement per se. The problem I have with it is that you don't know who's participating or not. I showed up to the Jersey Mike's, University Blvd. location in Riverstone and ordered 3 regular subs according to the coupons. After ordering the subs and preparing to pay, I was informed that the location was not a participating location. Imagine my annoyance, although I will admit, I should have inquired before placing the order. However, not wanting to waste food, I completed and paid for my order. Since the advertiser or Jersey Mike's FAILED to fully inform, as to the participating locations, next time, I'm throwing the coupons in the Trash ?!So, Jersey Mike's responded to my post and more concerned with the quality of their food. To answer their question, It was a typical sub type sandwich just like the others. There are other options, and I have no desire to eat at any Jersey Mike's again ????
