Just got off work and arrived 1 min late. Employees looked at me and proceeded to throw away my pick up order. I know i was late but what can I do I work 45 mins away. But the fact they looked at me and then
Proceeded to throw everything away. Rude and inappropriate. I hope management finds better people to work.

Good sandwich, crummy service.

Although most of the lettuce was really yellow or white (no green in the lettuce) the sandwich had a bunch of turkey and still tasted pretty good.

The service though was just straight up bad. I don’t know if it’s the new generation of people or what, but I walked in and no one greeted me. I then stood at the counter for about a minute before someone came over to take my order although there was no other customers ordering or sandwiches being made. Then someone walked up to take my order, but never said anything to me. They just looked at me waiting for me to tell them my order. No “Hi”, no “hello”, not even, “can I take your order”, they just stared at me. I then gave them my order and it was fast and it tasted good but they didn’t even tell me my sandwich was ready, I had to ask them. I saws sandwich in the counter and I was pretty sure the sandwich was mine that was waiting there because there was no one else was ordering at the time. But from a customer service standpoint, you should make it known to the customer.

Would I come back? Probably, just because the convenience of the location but Customer Service needs to be stepped up.

First time at this Jimmy John’s location (Dec 23, 2024 ~3PM), I downloaded the app to start earning reward points. The cashier (seemed to be an Indian girl) refused to give me points for my order and said I could only start earning on future orders. When I asked why I couldn’t get points this time, she said she’d already entered the price into the register and it was too late. I asked her to cancel and redo it, but then she started getting rude. So I just left, went to Shake Shock across the street instead. Someone like her who has absolutely no intention to help customers, shouldn't be at the cash.

I haven't been into a Jimmy John's in a while, so I am not as familiar with the menu as the employees. When asking questions about sandwich combos or what comes on the sandwich I was treated as though I was inconveniencing the employee by not knowing the menu. All the employees present had earbuds in listening to their own music, some were even messing around while walking around the establishment clearly dancing along to their own music. Even tossing around his towel while cleaning the tables. I ordered no onions on one of my sandwiches and it was recorded down on the receipt and I still received onions on my sandwich, did not notice until I got home since I took the food to go. Overall, the food was good but service and experience in the building was not comfortable.

This location is a bit light on the love though.
Good thing the bread is good enough to keep me going until supper.

So impressed with Jared. He is the sweetest person I’ve met in my life. He asked me if I had the app? I have been coming to Jimmy John’s for over 10 years and no one has asked me about it. He patiently explained me all the cool features and rewards I’m so impressed. I hope I spelt his name right. What a great employee!

My 1st time ever to Jimmy John"s & the area, came for lunch, was disappointed in the service. I ordered the #10 , I was set on that's what I wanted, I asked if it came with chips & drink, so that way I could add it without a problem if it didn't, but I was given attitude right away being told the price , that's the sandwich alone, a simple no, did you want to add that would've been better approached or something of that sort, he said my order would be called out, by the time I got to the end towards to get my drink, I heard something called out, but I was looking on my receipt to see what am I supposed to listen for because again , this was my 1st time , I got my drink & walked to see if it was mine, I didn't want to touch someone else's food so I was trying to look without touching it & the guy called out another sandwich & said & a #10 that has been sitting here, but I wasn't clear on which sandwich was which... the service & communication could be better

This is my first time coming to this location, and impressed is an understatement!!!! The two gentlemen in the store had excellent service and listened to every detail when I placed the order. I absolutely love that because my boyfriend and I have some food allergies and not a lot of places take that seriously even though they should. Definitely coming back!

So one day I walk in and there is only one guys there with braids, it looked like they were cleaning and I asked, " are yiu guys still open" and he says" you came in didn't you" I do believe that was not the right response, I had nothing to do with whatever went on but he should not have given me that response. My kids love Jimmy John's but definitely gonna be looking for a different place to go since this not so pleasant greeting.
