I wanted to leave a review because the two employees working today around 3 pm were absolutely outstanding and made my day so much better. Jaden (or name with a J, I apologize) was so nice and explained the menu for me and my mom when we both were having a hard time. Jose and Jaden worked as a team and both helped me at the checkout as well as making the sandwiches extremely fast and very well. Food was delicious! My mom was thrown off by the whole wheat bread changing to a baguette instead of square bread, but the employees helped her to order what she wanted. Without their patience and kindness we would have left and not ordered but they were so nice and accommodating that we had a great experience.

Whoever owns this Jimmy John’s franchise should be ashamed. At 1-2 pm on a busy Saturday, there is one employee working by himself with no help. He’s the only one serving customers, making sandwiches, toasting sandwiches (why is JJ’s offering this now without staffing for it), and packing catering orders. He was moving quickly and efficiently but entirely overwhelmed. It’s been more than 30 minutes and counting sitting in the restaurant waiting for one sandwich to come out.

I was the only person in the shop and ordered a veggie sub to go. They gave me the sandwich and when I got in the car it was turkey. The staff remade the sandwich but were not at all apologetic and brushed the whole thing off. Food was fine but service needs serious work.

Asked for no tomatoe, no mayo... Got both tomatoes and mayo... The closest Jimmy John's is 25 min away from me so when I go it's a treat... And today it happened to be slightly out of the way on the way home. Thanks for the GREAT sandwich...

We were there today, August 24th at 4:50pm, and the young man who helped us was extremely attentive, always working with a smile and very kind. We could see how he was handling everything on his own with such a great attitude. This restaurant is already a 100 for its sandwiches, but with him the experience gets even better.

I came here today, I got a toasted beach club sandwich. It was perfect, hands down one of the yummiest sandwiches I’ve tried. Wish I could’ve got the name of the person that made it, can tell he enjoys his job. Great experience and I will be back.

Just got off work and arrived 1 min late. Employees looked at me and proceeded to throw away my pick up order. I know i was late but what can I do I work 45 mins away. But the fact they looked at me and then

Good sandwich, crummy service.
Although most of the lettuce was really yellow or white (no green in the lettuce) the sandwich had a bunch of turkey and still tasted pretty good.
The service though was just straight up bad. I don’t know if it’s the new generation of people or what, but I walked in and no one greeted me. I then stood at the counter for about a minute before someone came over to take my order although there was no other customers ordering or sandwiches being made. Then someone walked up to take my order, but never said anything to me. They just looked at me waiting for me to tell them my order. No “Hi”, no “hello”, not even, “can I take your order”, they just stared at me. I then gave them my order and it was fast and it tasted good but they didn’t even tell me my sandwich was ready, I had to ask them. I saws sandwich in the counter and I was pretty sure the sandwich was mine that was waiting there because there was no one else was ordering at the time. But from a customer service standpoint, you should make it known to the customer.
Would I come back? Probably, just because the convenience of the location but Customer Service needs to be stepped up.

First time at this Jimmy John’s location (Dec 23, 2024 ~3PM), I downloaded the app to start earning reward points. The cashier (seemed to be an Indian girl) refused to give me points for my order and said I could only start earning on future orders. When I asked why I couldn’t get points this time, she said she’d already entered the price into the register and it was too late. I asked her to cancel and redo it, but then she started getting rude. So I just left, went to Shake Shock across the street instead. Someone like her who has absolutely no intention to help customers, shouldn't be at the cash.
