“Shawarma House truly lives up to its name every bite feels like home. The meat is always perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of char. The garlic sauce is unbelievably good creamy, garlicky, and addictive without being overpowering. You can tell everything is made fresh, from the crisp veggies to the warm, soft pita.
The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick even during busy hours. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the quality never disappoints.“

“The food here are authentic my family and I had enjoyed this experience. The atmosphere is warm and comforting with great music played. The flavor and quality of the meals are great. Great portions for a family. The spice are not too strong they are mil so if you prefer spicier things there might be other choices. In conclusion the staff, food and environment is good.“

“I’ve come here several times now, and had my first bad experience yesterday. The vegetables were not fresh and the food came out cold. Rice was old and meat quality significantly lower than usual. Ordered beef with fat and got beef with absolutely zero fat.
4 star for overall experience but if u are starting to cut corners, I assure you this restaurant will lose all customers. Yesterday’s experience was truely a 2 star meal.“

“I love this place and that I highly recommend this place and yes , wait , they have lamb kabobs which is missing from the best Mediterranean restaurants around. They all serve lamb shanks and chops but no one serves lamb kabob . If you get Falafel than try , tahini, garlic sauce and hummus and other toppings in it and the price remains the same and whatever toppings you want, isn’t that great.
Vegetarian options: Falafel is the best.

“Some of the best small chops in Houston. She was attentive, fast paced and very considerate of what I needed for my day. Everyone enjoyed the snacks especially the prawn Mayo spring rolls. Pricing is also very reasonable. I definitely recommend her 🙏💗“

“Wow, I wasn’t expecting this place to be so good! We loved everything we tried but the highlights were the big chicken dish with noodles, cabbage, fried pork, shredded vinegar potatoes, and skewered mushrooms. Such great explosive flavors!“

“We tune in to "Eat Like a Local" every Saturday morning on Channel 2 here in Houston, Chris highlights amazing eateries here-it’s our little weekend tradition. This morning, they spotlighted Bundu Khan, and let me tell you, this Pakistani BBQ house is a game-changer. One of the reasons I adore Houston is its diversity-it’s like a vibrant, flavorful melting pot, and Bundu Khan captures that spirit perfectly. The food? Oh, it was next-level delicious. We indulged in a feast of Chicken Tikka, Chicken Seekh Kabab, Beef Seekh Kabab, Beef Boti, Goat Seekh Kabab, Naan, and Paratha. Each bite was an explosion of smoky, spiced perfection. Pair that with the cooling Raita, zesty Chutney, and fresh onions and cucumbers-it was culinary harmony on a plate. To top it off, I sipped on a sweet Lassi while my wife enjoyed a warm, aromatic Tea. Both were divine! If I have one regret, it’s not ordering the lamb chop, but hey, there’s always next time. Bundu Khan isn’t just a meal; it’s an experience, and we’ll definitely be back for round two. Houston’s food scene wins again!“
