Some employees here have the worst attitude, they mess up your order and refuse to acknowledge. I had to pull out my phone to show them app order details so they would reluctantly correct the order. If they are this indifferent to how they treat customers I wonder how well they handle the food.

Ran out of chicken sandwiches…THE MOST POPULAR item at 9pm…and they don’t give refunds. Corporate does after a week and lots of hassle don’t bother. Absolute waste of time and energy and probably money since they’re never going to refund you.

Very helpful young lady took our order. She went out of her way to assist two senior citizens with making their decision. I don't remember her name, but she has a tattoo of a butterfly on her left arm. She is an asset to your restaurant.

Get a more customer service oriented staff and perhaps the review will change! Not only was my order shortened of the precise items ordered. The drive thru person who took order wanted to squabble about 2 dipping sauces. Horrific

They doubled part of my order and then proceeded to say they can’t refund… Not sure if this is their selling tactic here but not very classy guys… I recommend to ask them to read back your order at the window before you pay at the window…even if it slows down their drive-thru…in another hand the food was hot a tasty…still annoyed though. Customer service is dead 💀
