They cannot speak English, and ripped me off. Charged me for food I didn't get. I contacted them - they are unresponsive. GO SOME WHERE ELSE - DON'T TRUST THEM.

Food was good but this location was kinda dirty....looked unswept and tables didn't look like they were wiped down...had to wipe down our own table...other than that service and food was good...

I purchased the 3pc chicken combo. I ordered... A breast, leg, and thigh. I got two thighs and a wing. I did not get what I asked or paid for. They gave me what they wanted me to have.

Please DO NOT put people with hard hearing on the drivethrough line. I litterally had to reapeat everything like 5x before he could understand and he still got my order wrong. I wanted ONE side not TWO... SO FRUSTRATING something so simple argg!!!

It took forever to get helped at the front counter, and they only had water bottles, and caprisun to drink. I ordered the mac and cheese bowl and its like i ordered a bowl of greese, not to mention the restaurant is filthy from the inside, restrooms no soap or papertowels.

I never leave reviews, but somebody needs to shut this place down. I've visited this location 3 times in the last couple weeks and every time they never have enough chicken to fill my order, nor were they willing to cook more chicken eventhough I was willing to wait. They deserve NO STARS

It's not the name that's on the Building , it's the people that's working there. This is the problem with all fast food stores. The employee just don't give Quality service and the owners don't care.
I have been to other kfc's and they do not taste anything like this. The chicken crust was soft and tasted not so good and not hot. Mashed potatoes have a off taste. Biscuits dry To far to drive back to return. I should have read the reviews here first! I was really looking forward to it but hugely disappointed. Back to Church's next time

Ordered food thru drive thru, girls were laughin and playing around. I waited almost 35 min for food. Was asked to replace sides because she said the cook was not there and it ain't her problem. The chicken was very cold. They forgot my sides and my extra biscuits that I ordered. I'm sorry but I think this will be the last time I go to KFC. If you want quality and hospitality do yourself a favor go dont go here.

We had a large order and I was pleasantly surprised that it was correct. Food is not as good as it used to be. The mashed potatoes are bad, like a box mix.
