Upon entering I was greeted with Hellos! The two ladies working there were so nice and helpful. I wanted to try something I've never had before and the lady suggested a couple and I chose Falooda ( Mango Masti) It was so delicious to my palate! This was an awesome experience! Thank you!

I am obsessed with kwality Ice cream! I usually stop by this adorable ice cream shop and always like the unique flavors and exceptional customer service.
I have tried so many flavors and love the Belgium biscoff biscuit, walnut and fig, Chikoo and Sitafal and it was love at first bite! The flavors were rich and creamy, and the portion size was generous.
If you're an ice cream lover like me, you need to visit Kwality ASAP! Be prepared for a sweet treat that will leave you wanting more.
Stopped by as I was waiting for my food next door… I got a small Rose flavored ice cream. Really good!

Got a dahi puri from the chaat corner, the yogurt was hot and clumpy - looked bad tasted bad(sour)
Delicious ice cream
Yesterday 2/18/2025 I went at 9:15 PM. The lady that was working was extremely rude. After ordering 2 ice creams I was gonna give another order & she says “ Can you hurry up I have to close.” When it was 9:20 & they close at 10?! & that’s how you treat customers? She was extremely rude, she had an attitude the whole time.

I get a custom milkshake from here and it’s literally the best shake I have ever had. It reminds me of the taste is authentic Pakistani ice cream. I order the pistachio kulfi but in a shake. They don’t have it on the menu you just ask for it and trust me you will be coming back for it over and over.

I used to love this place especially their falooda but recently the quality have gone down. Doesn’t taste as good and fresh as it used to. Don’t know what happened but it’s not same anymore
