Great everything, service is just 4 starts because they kept getting my wife's order wrong. They did all they could to make it right so I appreciate the effort.
This is a great place to go and have some great food. The service is good. The waiters are very attentive to you. They have a verity of food on there menu. The food is excellent. I love going here to eat. I recommend this place to anybody.

I had a very disappointing experience at Lago Mariscos. The customer service was extremely lacking, and the waitstaff was disrespectful to both me and my friend. There was a mix-up with our bill, and we were charged twice, leaving me out of money for three days before it was resolved. No apology or compensation was offered. To make matters worse, after confirming everything was settled with the waitress, the cops were called on us in the parking lot. The manager came out to resolve the issue but still offered no apology or compensation. There was no need to involve the police for a $69 mistake, which could have been handled directly between the manager and the waitress. Overall, the lack of professionalism was unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.

Our first attempt dining here was on a Thursday night when a live band was playing. The place was steadily busy, but unfortunately, after ordering a Super Salad Bowl with salmon and chicken enchiladas, we waited about 40 minutes and our food never arrived. The server didn’t check on us or provide any updates, so we ended up leaving.
We decided to give it another try on a Saturday, and I’m glad we did—the service and food were fantastic. The manager/owner stopped by each table to make sure everyone was taken care of, which I really appreciated. The food was delicious, and the music added to the authentic Latin atmosphere. Conveniently located near First Colony Mall, the restaurant also has a great outdoor patio. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for good food and a lively experience
