Little Caesars Pizza

Clean store, good serve and hot pizza!!!

I recently visited Little Caesars and was genuinely impressed. The pizzas were fresh, hot, and packed with flavor—definitely some of the best I’ve had in a while. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. It’s not often you come across a place where both the food and the service exceed expectations. Will definitely be coming back!

The food is fine it's the customer service. There is this Asian Or Hispanic guy with a bald head who has an attitude out of this world. It is as if he owns the place. He will be at the front counter counting money and not even acknowledge your presence until he is done 15 minutes later. I only go here because they have not built one closer to my house but as soon as they do I'm done with this place and I'm done with that guy. And he only seems to be there when I come.

It's Little Caesars you either love the pizza or don't. Place is clean, service is as expected.

Service was very slow. No pizzas ready for quick pick up. There also appeared to be a very large order sitting on the floor. I'm assuming it was going to be picked up by a food delivery service.

If you crave pizza, they will make custom orders fast. The crazy bread is still my favorite.

Fresh and delicious…app is crazy convenient..definitely try the Detroit deep dish vegetarian pizza…so fresh and delicious 😋

Usually I order pizza at fry road where I never get any trouble but this time I ordered pizza here and I was extremely disappointed when I reached there to take my pizza from far away from Katy on the way to my home at sugarland and I was surprised to hear that my pizza has been burnt and they are going to make another one so I waste 40 minutes already than I had to wait more 10 minutes so strongly not recommended it will be waste of time

This was my go-to location for pizza 🍕 night. I ordered online to use my Tmobile Tuesday discount, and my order was supposed to be ready in 49 minutes. I tried tracking my order, and it didn't switch to in the oven, so after 37 minutes, I went inside. It was chaotic. The cashier told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half. The manager stated she would refund me, but it takes 7 days for the money to show in my account. It didn't take 7 days for them to take it out. Online, it said order canceled. Later, I received an email thanking me for my order. How much is this no-pizza going to cost me?

Staff here is always rude. Lady on the counter didn’t even greet, she went on a rude tone asking, What you want? 0/10 recommend

The little girl who took my order was so rude, instead of asking me my name for when the order was ready she just put “lady” and the cashier had her name as “Crazy B” (which came up on my receipt lol.) Also the two girls who were working just stood right where the customers could see them and were on their phones, talking and drinking/eating and would occasionally turn and cut a pizza or two all while never washing their hands or putting on gloves. I know you can’t ever really expect a 5 star team to be working at Little Caesar’s but this location is a joke considering who they have on the front lines taking care of customers, I’ve already warned my friends and family to avoid this location but now I’m here to warn you all.
