Grilled Snapper was extreme! Flavorful, perfectly grilled, sizzling veggie, sauce.. Chicken Fajitas was average to me.

Los Tios restaurants have been a oart of Houston for over 50 years, so they must be doing something right. As with any restaurant over the years, prices have climbed but, while the menu has changed a bit, the quality has held fairly steady. The Sugar Land location added patio dining a year ago, which I do enjoy when weather permits. In my opinion, Los Tios is still an enjoyable place for quality Tex-Mex and margaritas.

Tried the Fajita with flour tacos . Tasted pretty good and the meat was tender and flavorful. However for the money the portion could be better.

We had a surprise birthday here and booked the back room. The service was excellent. The fajita bar was delicious and the room was perfect! Would definitely recommend.

To me, best Mexican food in the Houston area, certainly in Sugar Land. Admittedly, I'm stuck on the combination plate #2: cheese enchilada, puffy queso, guacamole, so I haven't tried other dishes. Puffy queso is unique. Never seen any other Mexican restaurant that has it. Food always quick to the table, servers pay attention. Regular visits when we lived there, now come to see family every few months from San Antonio and MUST eat one meal there every trip. So happy to hear they have a new location in Fredericksburg (much closer to SA).

The food is pretty good, some dishes lacked flavor but some were full of flavor! The chips and salsa and margaritas were good, the service sucked. Dude was pretty rude. The manager is really nice though!

I love the feel of this place and it's perfect for a family gathering. The Tios Salad is well done and the limeade is good. I like the sauces for the nachos the green one especially.

I had an amazing night tonight, my wife and I had a phenomenal dining experience. Our server Yaneli was great and extremely knowledgeable with her recommendations. The food was scrumptious and the service was even better, I couldn't pay for better service even if I tried. Definitely coming back and bringing our friends next time. If it's your first time trying it out, make sure you ask for Yaneli 🔥🔥
