I ordered oxtails and a curry goat roti for delivery. I was sent a curry goat roti with no sides even though I paid for them and regular curry goat with sides. Not a single oxtail in sight. Considering how much restaurants charge for oxtails that was completely unethical. And, the goat in both dishes tasted off one was too salty and one was dry and make me feel ill. I’m never ordering from this place again.

First time trying out this restaurant. The youngman that took my order was very nice, and the wait-time was reasonable. I purchased 2 dinners. Lg Oxtails, rice & peas, cabbage, and a Lg Jerk chicken, rice & peas, and cabbage. The oxtails portion was good, the meat was tender but it tasted very oily and lacked true seasoning. The Jerk chicken was all white meat, which I failed to specify my preference for dark meat, but either way it was not true Jerk chicken cooked over a fire pit. It was more like an oven baked, over cooked and very dry chicken, with an extremely spicy Jerk sauce to cover up the lack of seasoning on the chicken. I did ask for the Jerk sauce on the side, but it was poured over the chicken, and I kinda see why. Unfortunately, the sauce was way too spicy for my stomach, so it was a total disappointment. The cabbage was oily and flavor was similar to sesame oil, which I did not care for. The best part of the meals was the gungu peas and rice (pigeon peas), which was cooked well and flavorful.

The food is good , but quite often if you order anything from them through Uber eats they’re going to leave something out. I notice whenever I do pick the food up there’s always different employees working in the store. You call them on the phone to tell them they left off your item and they ask you do you want to pick the item up. They are VERY unprofessional. This will be my LAST time ordering from them. It’s a shame because I’ve been buying food from them for almost 10 years. They have the attitude like: Yeah me made a mistake, and what! One time I got jerk chicken from them without the jerk. They leave sodas out and beef patties. The level of incompetence is unexceptional.

I hate to say it but I will never patronise this business again. I came in yesterday I ordered two different orders on the first order. I did not tip the second one I did. On my first order I spent $34.92 I woke up this morning to see an updated transaction where someone I want to say the cashier decided to tip themselves with my card. Not only is this but it’s a lack of integrity on the business and their employees and because of that I vow to never step foot inside this restaurant again.

I ordered the ox tails and plantains and it was nasty. No flavor at all just a greasy and oily mess. Very bland…the rice is over cooked or it’s like mush. Everything tastes old like it’s been sitting for days. I wish I didn’t order in Uber because I would be returning this mess…wasted my money because I can’t even eat this

I would have given this place a five star rating because of the food and how fast it was prepared but I did not get what I ordered and there was no way to contact them because both the numbers are not working. I got to my office before I realized that my order was incorrect and also missing extra items I paid for. I did not feel like driving 20 minutes to go back and complain. I ordered 1 platter of curry chicken with peas and rice and plantain but got cabbage instead of plantain. Then ordered curry shrimp and peas and rice and cabbage with extra plantain and only received that platter without my extra plantain. I was happy with the service until I realized my order was messed up. Bummer...
