Love Lupe’s, but the bar at this location can get slammed and it will not be quick. Sat at the bar for 16 minutes with barely any notice. Finally got some chips and then left after another 5 minutes of just sitting there.

Love their Queso Flemeado with chicken.... yummm! Margueritas are good as well. Great service by Georgia, very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Personally, I'm not a fan of Mexican restaurants in the U.S., due to changing the flavor profile of so many exquisite Mexican dishes and changing things around. My wife wanted to go here and gave it a shot. I will say, I was almost impressed, despite the atmosphere feeling too gloomy and a bit depressed. I was impressed that one of the chefs or head chef came out and provided us with a small sample of fajita tacos, which I will say, were superb in texture and flavor. Service was excellent. Salsa was almost good, wished it could be mlre spicier, but I understand why it isn't. I appreciated that it was not watery like many other so-called Mexican restaurants. Chips were okay, just needed a bit more salt, but what really disappointed me was the rice. Chef, you call that rice? It was definitely preheated rice from the day or days before. It was stale, not fresh and had no flavor. Rice is a highly delicate food after it is cooked. It tasted straight out from a can or bag. It seems like every Mexican restaurant does the same with rice, which is why I avoid such places.

Restrooms were clean. If a restroom is clean, it is safe to assume the rest of the location is too. Food was delicious, but do something about the lighting and rice.

Went there for a business lunch with my 7-yo daughter in tow. Food was good. Service was great. The waitress was outstanding and gave my daughter some vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Dropped in for a quick bite and drink at the bar. Loved every moment of it. Bartender was fun and took really good care of me and mom. Plus the drinks and recommendations where on point.
