Amazing way better than Los tios and Lupe tortillas the people are kind here ans the food comes out hot! And they have fun decorations and atmosphere and the music is the right noise level and the salsa is amazing !!! And fajitas! Really everything here is amazing even the chicken mole enchiladas.

I don't know what the people who are not leaving 5 star reviews are doing because lupitas is the best Mexican restaurant. I've been coming to lupitas for years and not once have I EVER been disappointed about anything. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and the food is DAZZLING. I would bet lupitas is my most visited restaurant. 10 out of 10 would and will come again!

This is a well run family run restaurant. The food is really very good. All of the tortillas are made fresh on site. They have some of the best flour tortillas around. We tried the chicken mole enchiladas for the first time over the weekend. We will definitely be ordering them again. The mole sauce had a nice flavor to it. The enchiladas had just enough sauce. They were not drowned in it. The beef fajitas were good as always. They are one of our standbys.Other items we enjoy are the tostada de fajitas and the chile relleno. Their flan is really very good. It always has a creamy texture. We dont get it often but when we do, it is a real treat.

Worst place ever they have roaches and hair in food and try to tell you what you. An order ! Prices are out rageous one taco is 8 dollars and some change would never recommend this place ever !!!

Love this cute Mexican restaurant in Sugar Land, TX. Been coming here for more than 15years. I can name all the piñatas attached to the ceiling(just kidding). Off highway 6 and Williams trace Blvd.Restaurant/restroom is neat. Staff and owners(a couple) are friendly. Food taste has remained consistent over the years.I love that they have a very low staff turnover- that speaks a volume.Love that cheese and shrimp enchiladas. Their stuffed avocado with shrimp is also great.
