Ice cream and cookies were so good and the staff was very courteous!

Nickel and dime. Terrible customer service. Ice cream isn’t very good anymore. Won’t be going back.

I love marble slab ice cream and am a sucker for desserts! After dinner my friends and I looked up Marble slab and were routed to Maggie moos. Confused we walked in and asked “is this marble slab? Why is it called Maggie Moo’s?” To the two young men at the counter. We received two very different responses, one of the guys (pictured said his name was Devin) said “because it is.” While the other explained “we are owned by Marble Slab but are an independent store.” We still bought ice cream from the location being that it is a small business and we are locals and love to support smaller businesses over large corps. The kinder young man made my ice cream while my friends tried other ice creams to make a decision with “Devin” he huffed and puffed as my friends asked for one more sample. I was very taken back by the service we received from this young man compared to the other and will not be coming back to this location unfortunately.

Maggie moos not marble slab

Me and my family have been coming here for 2 and a half decades now.

When my mother was pregnant with me this was our favorite spot and it hasn't changed since. Aside from the name.

The ice cream is still amazing soft and airy, the people are warm and loving.

The shop is clean and well stocked.

Now as I get older it's a family tradition for everyone in my family to get Maggie-Moos on our birthdays, anniversaries, bad days, good days, dates and more.

Thank you Maggie-Moos for continuing to be a delicious, excellent tradition. 💖

I’m surprised that this place is still there but I’m not sure if this is Maggie Moo’s or Marble Slab. Friendly service and your average ice cream. It was good that they had some homemade stuff available. I’ll try that next time

Our visit to Maggie Moo's (listed as Marble Slab) in Sugar Land on Lexington was a pretty mid experience. The ice cream didn't look as fresh as we'd hoped, and while the service was okay, it wasn't the best we've had at a Marble Slab. It wasn't terrible, but it didn't quite live up to our expectations.

Gave a star for the shop looking clean and a star for lots of variety to choose from.

We walked in and waited literally 5-8 minutes. No one was there, no one came out of the back room, the place looked abandoned.
Sorry to say, We left and won’t return.

The ice cream cake we purchased was a huge disappointment. The icing was excessively chewy, almost like plastic, which made it very unpleasant to eat. The cake itself seemed to consist of ladyfingers that were extremely dry and hard. It had likely been sitting out for too long and had become stale. The whole cake tasted like it was past its expiration date. We were thoroughly dissatisfied with both the quality and the taste. Given our experience, I cannot recommend this cake to anyone.We also tried to call them 3 times about this issue but no answer.
