The staff here is so awesome and the food is amazing. Every time I come in Christopher is so nice and Xochitl is so kind as well. Stop by here and try them out, you won’t regret it.

I recently visited Main Bird Restaurant with my family at (13513 University Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77479) and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Ms. Jessica. I must say—she is truly outstanding!
From the moment I walked in, her warm welcome, beautiful smile, and genuine hospitality made the experience unforgettable. She is incredibly attentive, fast, and professional. She checks on customers with real care, not just routine service.
Her positive energy, amazing attitude, and friendly communication made the meal feel even more special. You can clearly see she loves what she does, and it makes a big difference.
Ms. Jessica is a true asset to Main Bird Restaurant—people like her are the reason customers keep coming back. Her customer service is beyond excellent… it’s superb, exceptional, and truly 5-star quality!

Amazing service and freaking amazing food oh my gosh even their ranch is uniquely yummy!!! I don't like spicy so I got no spice and YUM but the food came out so hot (temp not spice lol) & crispy & they have the cutest sign inside super well done spot! The owners son was so helpful & cool!
I absolutely love main bird, I always end up going for a late night snack. Also the staff are so kind especially Ms. Thea!

Chick at the front is rude. Needs to not be in customer service at all. Supposedly out of everything But coleslaw as a side.. hopefully if there is a next time she won’t be there and it will have the full menu.
First I would like to say this was my wife and I first time ever patronizing Main Bird Hot Chicken, as we walked to the counter the young lady with the piercings left the front and went into the back for a moment. She then came back never said anything just stood back from the counter. While standing at the counter along with overlooking the overhead menu. We told the young lady we were ready to order, she replied you can use the screen. We were like this is our first time ever coming here, she still stated to use the screen. On the other hand another guest came in and she quickly began to take his order and assist him and also took his order at the register. Go figure!!!! First and last time never coming back….. This was the Houston location on Westheimer…………
