Just go to location down the street. They have better service and better quality of ice cream. Overall terrible experience. Especially the birthday cake flavor. ?
Horrible customer service, workers are rude for no reason. Just go down the highway for another marble slab, it’s worth the 5 minute drive to go elsewhere. This place is a chain so don’t give your money to disrespectful people and give it to others who deserve it.

This place seems to be going downhill lately.
The ice cream is melting in the case even. By the time you get it it's already dripping.
There is no bathroom even for customers. The place is very dirty, dirty chairs, tables, floors, etc.
They don't have yogurt. They don't have diet drinks.
Service is not friendly.
I hope they turn it around.

There's no better ice cream. The only thing that bothers me is this new trend of tipping people behind the counter since it seems they already get paid to do their job. However I don't know how much they do get paid so I always tip a little bit

Went on Sunday April 14. Ordered three items. The lady never asked if the items were to go. One of the items she left on the counter top. She over filled the cups so bad, one of them we had to throw away on the ride home.
Always fresh ice cream. Love their coffee ice cream.
