This is the best marble slab I have ever been to. I've been to many all-over texas and consider myself a connoisseur. Birthday cake was incredible.

They offer BOGO deals and similar to get you there but then claim their system isn't set up for it. A system is needed to duplicate the order and hand it over the counter?

Title: Terrible Experience - Unprofessional Service and Unsanitary ConditionsI recently visited Marble Slab in First Colony Mall, and I must say it was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the lack of professionalism was evident. I waited patiently at the front counter for someone to assist me, along with another customer behind me. After about five minutes, a staff member finally emerged from the back, but instead of acknowledging my presence as the next customer in line, she completely ignored me and proceeded to ask the person behind me how she could help her. I was taken aback and had to remind her that I had been waiting before the other customer.The level of disrespect and disregard for customer service was truly disheartening. When I finally placed my order for a simple vanilla ice cream with sprinkles, the staff member didn't bother to ask if I wanted anything else or if I had any specific requests. She simply prepared my order, checked me out, and moved on to the next person in line without any care or attention.Furthermore, I noticed that the cleanliness of the establishment was lacking. The overall appearance of the place was not up to par, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about the hygiene standards in the preparation of the ice cream.Considering the negative reviews I have seen about this place, my own experience only reaffirms the poor reputation it has earned. I will definitely never be returning to Marble Slab in First Colony Mall. The unprofessional service, disrespectful behavior, and unsanitary conditions make it clear that this is not a place that values its customers or their satisfaction.

Came to get ice cream, we asked for a sample of one flavor, and they don't do samples. We took our business elsewhere. Save your time.

If you are thinking about here, don’t. There are SOOO many better options inside the mall itself. My complaints:- The milkshake was bad. It had little to no ice cream making the shake taste like milk.- The service was bad. The people working there took almost 15 minutes to officiate my payment using two gift cards. After 15 minutes they came up to me and told me their machine is old and does not accept payment from multiple gift cards.- The price was through the roof. $8 for a 12 ounce milkshake would have been forgivable if the milkshake tasted good. However, that was not the case. If I were to place an honest price, the shake would not be worth more than $3 because a gallon of milk costs about that much as well and that’s all they used in my shake.To conclude I will give you a two places that offer much better quality milkshakes: Heaven in a Jar and Alpha Desert Juice Cafe.For a drink in the mall I would also recommend the strawberry lemonade from Philly’s cheesesteak!If you are going to waste your money, waste it somewhere worthwhile!

I took my family of five here for ice cream to celebrate the last day of school. When we walked in we were told we had to have mask on. To which I replied, we don’t have any. She said you’re not allowed to be served unless you’re wearing a mask. I said you’re wearing a mask so you’re safe. And she replied my managers policy is you have to have a mask to be served. I politely replied we would take our money and spend it elsewhere and was treated to a scowling face. Folks it’s time to stand up to this idiocy. Vote with your money. We went two Miles down Highway six to the mall area and had ice cream at Maggie moos and I want to happily report no mask were required and they served great ice cream recommend that you try them instead of the Woke folks working for the marble slab.
