This location is extremely slow. Go to another fast food especially in the morning. I had to leave without getting my food
Terrible location. No service. Don’t go here!
Everything about the place is top notch. The interior and exterior. Really recommend place.

For a new mcdonalds I was disappointed. The place is filthy and just gross me out.
Claims to be 24hrs but they are closed its 3:32am
Wish I could give zero stars, but I can’t, so 1 it is. Staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful.

Always check your order. You will order large fries and they will give you small. I have also been overcharged at this location.

I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s during the night shift. The employee working the drive-thru window, Miguel, told me he was the manager. He made me wait a long time before finally opening the window, only to tell me the item I ordered was unavailable. When I asked to replace it with something else, he refused and became noticeably agitated. Instead of helping me choose another option, he kept insisting that I cancel my order.
Overall, the customer service during the night shift was unprofessional, and the whole situation was frustrating.

I came through the drive-thru late at night and the experience with the night-shift worker—whose name I had to ask for multiple times before he finally gave it, Miguel—was extremely unpleasant. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and made it clear he had no interest in helping customers.
The way he acted genuinely made me uneasy about the care being taken with my order, which is not something customers should ever have to worry about when getting food. He was probably spitting in some food before he came to the window.
It was a stark contrast to the daytime staff, who are consistently far more professional and courteous. I really hope management addresses the issue, because the current nighttime service is unacceptable.

the service from the employee working the window, who said his name was Miguel, was extremely disappointing. He seemed uninterested in helping customers and acted as though taking orders was an inconvenience. His attitude made me uncomfortable enough that I genuinely didn’t feel confident about the food I would be receiving, which is not a feeling anyone should have when ordering at a restaurant.
The lack of professionalism and courtesy was a major letdown, especially since other staff at this location, particularly during the daytime, are usually much more welcoming and helpful. I hope management can address the issue so customers feel comfortable and respected no matter what time they visit.

the man miguel who was working at night 12/5 your service was quite a disservice to the mcdonalds franchise. you made me cancel my whole order instead of replacing one item that was unavailable. it is unfathomable how much of a lazy worker you are... your ragebait sure got me... shrugging and tugging... acting like you dont have a dang clue what's going on... i don't even expect royal quality at mcdonalds of all places, but really? the morning workers do it much better than you. i wouldn't be surprised if there was a work group chat without you included

The man working the window at night, who identifies himself as “Manager Miguel,” provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any McDonald’s across the country. He allows orders for items that are currently unavailable to go through without informing customers at the speaker, only mentioning it at the window after long wait times.
On top of that, he is rude and requires customers to cancel their entire mobile order in the app if a single item is unavailable, making the whole order useless and forcing you to drive back around. It comes across as an unwillingness to provide even the bare minimum level of service. I understand it’s McDonald’s and I’m not expecting luxury treatment, but this was extremely frustrating.

This location is ride to delivery drivers every night all night long. They will motor answer bell. Come to widow or tell you Howie long in your order. We can see them as they talk walk around without answering
This place has never ever given us the correct order. Despite them repeating and printing out our orders correctly they have yet to give us a correctly filled order whether it is in drive thru or in restaurant. They don’t care. They just want to shoot out the order and go back to messing around in the kitchen. Despite numerous complaints they still repeatedly mess up folks orders. This extremely poor professionalism reflects the management. It’s rather obvious they could care less about customer satisfaction. They never respond to complaints.
