Very sad experience. Immediately I walked in this morning,I met a young black lady and politely asked her if they have chicken wraps because it wasn't on their menu screen, she just ignored me. OK, I felt she didn't hear me so I move closer and she said can I have your order, I told her I want the chicken wrap and iced caramel coffee medium size. She said frappe? I said caramel iced coffee then she reluctantly went and made the caramel coffee and it was just black with a pinch of cream. Then I told her I can't accept the coffee because there's no cream in this...she said oh you want just black? I will make another for you and she went ahead and called the next order leaving me on stand. The polite gentleman she's taking the order from told her to attend to me that he will wait,she shrugged it off and said oh next person, she was very rude! I was so angry , I just told her you know what don't bother and I left leaving behind my order. She can have it. I have been ordering at McDonald's everywhere, never have I met someone so disrespectful and uncivil.
I’m always a little nervous to eat at fast food places in stores. But the food was freshly cooked and really good. However that isn’t why I am writing this review. The older woman at the counter today (June 16) may be the nicest person I’ve ever met. She was so kind. The other staff were great too! They were cleaning frequently and kind while taking orders. But the older lady was so nice. She made the experience worth reviewing.

Lady woh work on counter her name is eastar she given very bad attitude I just said to her I want everything fresh and she said we are closing so coming out now fresh I said can you make sure I need fresh so they make it fresh and then if I don’t feel fresh because you not writing that I need fresh I am going to return it and she given me this attitude and saying whatever reply me with this attitude and I called her manager and told her what I said but she didn’t do anything about it service so bad I didn’t order anything because her presence working there and her attention there feels me so negative after very bad service
I ordered the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes and a strawberry smoothie. They didn't give me a receipt and there was a lot of people so I guess mistakes can happen. But they forgot my strawberry SMOOTHIE AND THE HOTCAKES! I only had eggs and the biscuit. When I told the employees They said I was lying and I probably put it in my car or something. I checked my bag inside the store. Ridiculous! This is not the first time it happened. A different day they forgot my 40 piece and they said the same thing LIKE GO LOOK IN MY CAR THEN! They forget a lot and then blame the customer!

I was there today and my total was $7.77 and i gave her $10 my change was $ 2.23 and i got only 2.20 back.I dont have any issue with 3 cents short but on the other side if they do this to 500 k customer in a month ( remember the location is inside walmart 24 hour ) with only 2 cents short its almost $10000 a month free for them and $ 120000 a year. Wowww free money and if customer is short 3 cent they will not let him go with food.

Everything here is at average quality compared to all other McDonald's. Nice staff and nice food. The only thing I'd like to point out is that I usually get unpleasant little companies at my table - flies. Not sure what they can do about it.
