I’m really dissatisfied with my experience today. I ordered a large fries, but when I got home and checked the bag, it was only half full and stale. On top of that, my total was rounded up for a donation without my consent. The fact that I got cold, half-empty fries is crazy, especially since I was told to wait in space 1 while they prepared my order.

They gave me old chicken nuggets that were cool to touch. Tried to give me a cash refund (even though I paid with a card), and short change me by almost a dollar. No apology either. The young man was very rude. He claimed to be the manager.

I came through the drive-through to use my app for a double cheeseburger on special. I received a single cheeseburger however when I went through the drive-through, I had absolutely no problem. They replaced it with the double cheeseburger and did not even charge me. Great service thank you very much.

Stars for food only. Staff is at 0 star level. First time ever been told that i can’t use receipt promo validation code because the receipt is from other McDonald. Really? I can use it in America wherever I go to OK???

I’m sorry, but what is the point of using the Mobile App ahead of time & going thru the drive-thru to pick it up……if I’m asked to pull up and park every.single.time. I’m literally the only car in the drive-thru lane & I ordered 2 McDoubles. I shouldn’t have to park and wait an extra 10 minutes for something that I ordered 15 minutes before I even arrived at the restaurant!

The whole point of the app is too grab and go. I understand it if you’re busy or backed up, but I was literally the only customer.

The staff here are very rude and passive. They act like they dont understand english and only want to service their kind of people. i went through drive thru to order it and the service is not the greatest so my card wouldn’t unlock. I said it’s fine ill come inside and pay. I got inside and they were acting like the order was cancelled and wasn’t there anymore. All the workers passed on me without respect. HORRIBLE WOULD NOT COME HERE IF YOU NOT MEXICAN AND CAN SPEAK SPANISH!!!

I will never come to this location ever again! The customer service was horrible and the staff are incompetent and aggressive. I was confronted in the drive through twice by a heavy set Hispanic guy due to a wrong order and request from a receipt, had the window slammed in my face, and was cussed out by a slimmer Hispanic guy that speaks broken English. They also refused to give me a refund back after I requested a refund because they didn't like my reaction after I was disrespected 3 times. Of course I got on the phone with my bank and disputed the charges and received my money back and my daughter and I ended our Friday at Chick Fil A and received EXCELLENT customer service. I called corporate but they were closed! Will be sure to give them a call tomorrow☺️.
