I went to this location this past Saturday 3/8/2025 at 10:30PM it looked as though they were closed even though the hours state they are open until 11PM. I decided to go through the drive thru. I had my daughter who’s birthday we had just celebrated at the Rodeo and her three friend with me all to get some meals before ending out night. The person who eventually answered the intercom after I had to ask if any one was there said. “Yes we are here ma’am but we are closing” and I said to that, “ok your closing but you are not closed it’s 10:30…..but okay” He said “ I’m sorry but yea we are closing right now”….
I left without arguing because honestly the last thing I want is meals from someone ready to go home and mad about having to prepare our food.
We end up going down a few miles to the US Hwy 90 (Main St) location open 24 hours and received great service.

Unprofessional and obnoxious staff; but by reading the other reviews I see this is a common occurrence for this location. Tried to order a meal through the drive thru where a guy then pretended not to hear me, he probably couldn't due to the cackling in the background or they all collectively just thought it would be funny to not do their job. I ended up driving off.

So I come here almost every Sunday morning On my way to church to grab a bite or something.. So this morning, I bought a breakfast burrito when I got to the church parking lot was only five minutes away. I became to get a bike of my burrito and it tastes cold. I even opened up the burrito. The egg mix is cold. so I’m late to church coming back to McDonald’s to complain about the burrito . The customer service is slow. They don’t welcome you. They don’t greet you with a smile. Nobody never at the register I attempted to call the store manager, no answer twice

Quality seems to be taking a dive. Service is there, but the overall experience from that from 20+ years ago seems to have been reduced greatly. Not just from this location, but the majority of the locations I have visited so far. In this case I rather do the light meals at home instear

McDonald's isn't a top tier restaurant or fast food chain, but the one thing you could count on was free refills and/or free cup of water.
Well that's not the case anymore. This location doesn't allow for fee refills (some locations that dont have the Soda machines in the lobby allow you to walk up to the counter and ask for a refill). This location charged me for the cup of tap water as well.
Lastly, service isn't always the best. And that's mostly the case with any fast food chain, but I'd expect a location in this area would've been a different case.

I always have a bad experience at this location but THIS visit convinced not to EVER come again.. the mexican lady with the long black ponytail that worked 12/1/24 around 6:35am should be FIRED !!! She was BEYOND rude & had an attitude. All I asked for was two #6 meals & an extra hash brown. It started off with her rudely arguing with me that the #6 was a bacon mcgrittle when it obviously says sausage mcgrittle on the menu. The lunch/dinner menu has wayyyy more selections than breakfast so I didn’t understand how she didnt know the menu. Secondly , As I received my order it was COMPLETELY WRONG out of pettiness.. She gave me only ONE bacon mcgriddle which I did NOT even ask for , missing a hash brown & she also forgot the drink.. As I nicely asked her to correct my order she had an attitude so I just asked for a refund. As I was giving her the receipt back she SNATCHED it from me ! I work in the fast food industry as well & I can most definitely say that this is NOT great hospitality or a way you treat your guest. I really feel like authorities need to look into this situation and find a replacement. This is a VERY unwelcoming location I hope that no other guest have to experience what I did .
