Just getting the staff to acknowledge your presence can take ten minutes or more. When they do acknowledge you, they are not friendly at all. I paid for a large lemonade drink. They said they don't do refills. Ok that's fine. But generally restaurants will let you refill from the fountain drinks. I started filling powerade, and the large hispanic woman in charge started harassing me asking if i was going to pay for that. I clarified the policy with her and explained i made a mistake. I kept asking if i could just dump what i filled since i didn't want to fork over extra money. She insisted because i already started filling then i needed to pay. Her entire energy was adversarial. Charged me $2.05 without an ounce of sympathy. How ridiculous is that? Terrible customer experience all around. This location sucks.

This is the dirtiest McDonald’s, possibly the dirtiest eating establishment I’ve ever been in. Every foot there was some sort of trash in the entire restaurant, from napkins, soda lids to food wrappers. There wasn’t a single clean table to sit at and the play area was just as dirty.
Man, I don't know what is going on with this location, but it used to be our favorite. We went in and was told that I couldn't use my app to get my drinks for a dollar. The food was cold. There were three breakfast sandwiches in our bag that we didn't order. Every time I went to the desk to get something that they forgot to put in our order the lady there gave me attitude like she didn't want to be there. Maybe she should find a different job.

Waited 15 minutes for chicken nuggets , fries and a wrap while customers, that had HUGE ordered AND ordered after me, received their food before I recieved mine. Lady at the front register, Lily, didn’t apologize for the long wait or say anything either. Absolutely ridiculous.

They helped me out so much with everything i needed for the party! The food was all fresh and cooked as we ordered. Thank you Mcdonalds for making this expierence amazing! I went to this location this past Saturday 3/8/2025 at 10:30PM it looked as though they were closed even though the hours state they are open until 11PM. I decided to go through the drive thru. I had my daughter who’s birthday we had just celebrated at the Rodeo and her three friend with me all to get some meals before ending out night. The person who eventually answered the intercom after I had to ask if any one was there said. “Yes we are here ma’am but we are closing” and I said to that, “ok your closing but you are not closed it’s 10:30…..but okay” He said “ I’m sorry but yea we are closing right now”….
I left without arguing because honestly the last thing I want is meals from someone ready to go home and mad about having to prepare our food.
We end up going down a few miles to the US Hwy 90 (Main St) location open 24 hours and received great service.
