Absolutely terrible i recently had made a mobile order and even tho the wait was 30 minutes i didnt mind waiting. As soon as it was my turn the guy made me repeat my order and still gave me the wrong items i heard him calling me names with his workers in Spanish and since i understand that language as well i immediately knew. He should already know that customers can understand spanish at least. He complained about giving me the wrong items as well. In the end he gave me a much smaller size and had ordered a large which could tell it was on purpose since he was mad. I would go to that McDonalds occasionally never was this bad before. Seen the guy there which is probably the manager of the place and he wasnt this rude but i guess time changes that. And the fries tasted like cold paper but oh well.

Bad cashier and manager actitud.
After placing the order the cashier asked to go back to the drive thru to ppace the orders providing rewards. After asking for a manager a lady with really bad actitud came.

The store manager I met this morning was extremely RUDE. I was looking for a missing catchup in my order. And I did not see any, so I went up to the counter, and no one was there (all of them are busy with something else). I took one catcup from the counter (trying not to bothering anyone), and the manger was not helping and saw me doing that, said soemthing really offensive and rude to me. I will not coming back to this store in the next couple of months (or forever). Maybe I should go to somewhere else for my breakfast from now on. They really ruined my moring with such a bad customer experience.

Don’t at night is the worst they take forever to make food you can be in the line for 20 minutes or longer!!! The manager is bad!!!

I ordered the 5$ meal online got home realized I didn’t have nuggets . Went back . Wanted it fresh . Checked bag and noticed the nuggets still wasn’t in there…then tried to argue me down about not having nuggets on my order when it comes with the meal . Yeah . Please retrain these people on customer service 😂

Very poor experience. Service was extremely slow (waited 20 minutes), fries were cold, and my order was wrong. The kids’ play area was dirty, with long hair on the floor. Definitely needs improvement.

How, tell me how, do you forget the main item purchased, the bacon double quarter pounder with cheese from the order? For the love of God everybody NEEDS to check their items before leaving the drive thru because 100% these guys will not check it. Closed after I got home with the food so I cant even go back to get what I purchased. Will have to do a charge back now.
Edit: also gave the wrong pies. I don't know where you found these workers but they clearly should not be working here, or anywhere really.
Edit 2: I admit I was hangry in the time of writing and was a bit harsh. General manager made everything right and shift manager was understanding. Good service.

Asked for a double cheeseburger with cheese, ketchup, lettuce and tomatoes only. Checked the top and bottom of the burger to make sure it was fine and didn't notice anything off during the rush of the drive through. Once I got home I saw something odd on the bottom bun and wasn't sure it was onions, until I seperared the cheese patties and found ALL THE ONIONS. LIKE HUH?? they messed up during the making, tried to scrape off the onions from the buns but left some, then decided that instead of making a new one to hide the onions in between the patties and in the cheese. This is honestly so wild to type out. Who does that???? Age ol argument of what if I was allergic??? Hiding onions in the cheese is WILD! Just make a new one!
