My first visit to McDonald’s was marred by poor service. Even the manager at the second window appeared to have a negative attitude. It was 5:49 PM on a Sunday in July 2025. I ordered a 20-piece nugget meal with a medium drink, but only received two sauces for the entire order. I will definitely not be returning to this McDonald’s location.

I only return here cause it's close and convenient otherwise I typically drive to Brazos Town Center location. If using drive thru check your order as there is a very good chance they will omit something.

I ordered two of the same happy meal, one of them was missing a toy, and I ordered 6 chicken nuggets but I got 4 chicken nuggets!Too bad!

Placed an order through Door Dash. After the dasher waited about 30 minutes, they were told that my order was mistakenly given to someone else. I called the restaurant and was asked for my order. After I gave the whole order, another dasher was assigned. That dasher waited about 20 minutes and never got my order. At this point I had to cancel the order and never got any food.

My fries were horrible 😢, customer service was bad, very rude.
If I could give no star it would be more fitting. Ordered online and waited for chicken strips. After waiting given burnt chicken strips manager told me the chicken was not burnt it was only cooked in burnt oil🤯 🤬 Then over heard her say what did I want yellow chicken?? Really! I ordered, paid and waited for golden cooked chicken. 🤔The store needs real management…… I won’t be back💸

This is one of the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I come here for breakfast often and Fabiola, the manager, is always friendly, a super hard worker, and keeps the restaurant clean and looking nice. The workers greet you at the door and my orders are always fresh and hot. I’m not used to getting this kind of service anymore- especially at a fast food restaurant. So refreshing.

Fabiola runs a tight ship! The facility is clean, the staff is helpful, and the orders are quick! This is one of the best ran McDonald’s I’ve been to. Great job for fast food!!!
