People that worked on 10/02/2024 morning should be fired. I Receive the worst service ever from this McDonald's on this day. The lady at the intercom would not speak and make made me wait at least 3 minutes before she replied. Like she would say hi and then when I spoke she wouldn't reply back for a good while. Then I got to the window where the guy did not speak in english at all. He still managed to be rude to me and when I told him he made my drink wrong he made it wrong the second time again. Then the manager lady Came and try to tell me how to Order a coffee and then she said she'll have to charge me extra for the syrup. It was just a French Vanilla Ice coffeeBut she charged me extra anyway. I don't think it even had a charge So she charged me for "extra sauce packets". I paid at this point and she dropped my credit card onto the driveway to be spiteful. Mind you there was already a line at this point period she claimed that dropping it was Not her doing and that she had Cameras. I had to drive the car forward making sure the people behind me don't pull forward and go get my cards while these workers watched me And she didn't even bother to pick it up. The manager and theWorkers should not be working this if they cannot speak english and is petty like this.

I'm not always impressed by McDonald's but I saw people serving coffee on people's tables which is pretty fancy and you don't see a lot of stores with electrical outlets for some reason now & they had it which really helped me charge my devices! Excellent service and deals nice staff as well 👍🏾
