Google said there was a drive thru but there wasn't! I have trouble walking so that was very inconvenient! Food and service were great.

This location is not taken care of. The paper towel dispenser in the men's bathroom has been broken for over a month, and they have yet to fix it; instead, they just leave the roll out, which is very unhygienic. The AC has been broken for more than a week now, and they have yet to fix it. Instead, they have a fan on (as if that will fix the heat). They also limited the wifi use to 2 hours maximum, which is not ideal for people like me who come here to study for exams. The owner really needs to do something about all of this because this is unacceptable. This branch used to be the best one, but now it's the worst.

No drive thru
If you want good, strong coffee and not overly sweet stuff with a bunch of syrup, I highly recommend this place. I tried the Vietnamese iced coffee and it was exactly what I was looking for. And they actually add an extra shot of espresso for each size upgrade you do, it's not just the same shot watered down with more milk as you go up in size.

The young lady that made my drink was great. It tasted so good. But the two other workers stand round covering their mouths whispering in Spanish was not a good look for the shop. FYI many people understand multiple languages. Other than that this coffee shop is clean and quiet. It’s a great place to study. Also they offer delicious bake goods and sandwiches.

When I need a good cup of coffee it means an actual mug of coffee not a paper cup. Coffee was good, I got regular American coffee. Thank you.

The person behind the register and the one who made the coffees have no regard for cleanliness, sticking both of their hands inside of the cups. I watched another person walk out of the back, make a juicy cough into her hands, then just get to work making drinks and food for people without washing her hands. Gross.

A much more 'authentic' coffee cafe experience than Charbucks. Yay
Espresso-based and more traditional/Italian perspective (but not so traditional to exclude Matcha options, for example). Their gelato is a great pairing to a doppio! Yay
Espresso served in paper cups for on-site drinking. Booooo!
Really good/classy relaxing background music and a warm, 'stay awhile' ambiance. Yay
Unfortunately the warmth extends to the temperature in the room. Had to be nearing 80° inside there on my visit. So staying awhile was a challenge. Booo
The warmth did not extend to the staff that did their job but just that, no more than robotic in people skills. Booo

Wifi hasn’t worked each time I’ve visited & they couldn’t help get it resolved. I just wanted to get some work done & it’s the only minuti close to me. 😫
This Minuti cafe was clean and well run. The barista served up a dark chocolate gelato and fat free latte...soft music and a table outside made talking easy.

The employees here are so rude and unprofessional. I was in there last week and they stared and talked about every person that walked in through that door. They laughed, giggled, and snickered after staring and making comments to each other. It was sooooo obviouis they're making fun of the customers sitting there. It was a younger caucasian employee and another employee who had the hijab on. I'm only describing as I don't know the names and I thin this establishment needs to talk to these employees. They're making customers feel uncomfortable. If it's slow, I'm sure there is work to do that doesn't include staring at every person in the shop and making fun and making faces and laughing at them. Please do better!!
