I love this coffee shop! I can come in here and get work done while enjoying my favorite drink! The filthy dirty chai (double shot of espresso) is the best chai I have ever had! Also have some delicious foods! The cannolis, gelato and pistachio muffin are so good! Highly recommend!

This use to be a nice spot to pull up grab some coffee and relax. My latest visit staff was rude when asked about iced coffee. Everyone looked like they hated their customers and job. It lost that welcoming feel to it.

The coffee was great here. We tried butter croissants and chocolate croissants. They tasted fresh and yummy.The ambience looks nice and clean.Only thing they could improve was to remove the worn out sofas.

I don't remember when Minuti in Sugar Land was established, but this coffeehouse has been a gem. Although I don't frequent it as much as I used to since moving out of my parents' house, I do enjoy stopping by when I visit. I highly recommend the dirty chai. Great place to chat and catch up with friends. 14 years ago I took a picture of the controversial covered outlets; not sure if that is still the case, but it's not as big a deal anymore since I'm not a student.

Do not support.Coffee is only 10%-30% above Starbucks; only slightly worse.Ambiance is quite good, especially for Sugar Land, and staff is usually quite nice.Owner is abrasive and scares off customers when he pays attention to the store. Which, thankfully, is only every 3-5 years. Unfortunately, this is one of those times. After having a particularly good manager at this store, it is now full of new employees, and he's making his presence felt.He has instituted new, customer-unfriendly policies and enforced other quite poor ones. I have personally seen him harangue three customers, and the larger groups that used to regularly meet here haven't been present for a month. I haven't seen many people I regularly interact with for weeks.The owner wants to make sure his customers know whose boss: him.As the owner yelled at a little old man who was in the wrong seat while waiting to meet a friend, "Go somewhere else!"You should take his advice.

I used to be a regular here. Giganti Iced Chai Latte. Your Chai Lattes are disgusting and always taste either oddly enough like eggnog or nothing but coffee mixed with chocolate. I understand you started going to another distributor to get your Chai but the truth must be said: it's gross and tastes nothing like it used to. Hot or cold, I could rely on the ingredients and any barista to make it consistently good. After over 3 years of giving you my hard earned money, I've decided to cut you off permanently and no longer drink your coffee. You were the only coffee shop that made a decent coffee chai. Other coffee shops do the tea version of chai :( Minuti coffee was a gem but I'm tired of going to different locations to find an old taste that will never be acquired again because the ingredients aren't good quality.

they really have a time limit here as to how long you can stay/use wifi. the taste of the coffee was not very strong or authentic for the price imo. wouldn't highly recommend this spot.
