MOD Pizza

I had a really disappointing experience at this MOD Pizza location. One of the workers was visibly upset and was slamming tools and pens down with attitude while making my pizza. The energy he brought was just unpleasant—like he wanted everyone to know he was having a bad day. I even asked if he was okay, and all he said was, “long day,” but continued to throw the ingredients on my pizza carelessly and with no effort or care. The whole interaction felt hostile and uncomfortable. Extremely rude behavior from the staff, and honestly unacceptable. This needs to be addressed.

Google said it was closed, but they were not. The food was alright. Not worth the price for sure. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean.

Customer service 12/14/2024 Sucks ! Zero customer service and that includes the entire male crew working at 4:00 pm !!!! Service use to be excellent!

The pizza is always delicious!! It's a fun inviting environment. Love the drink options as well, the two young men on the night crew that served us Sean and Mykayeel, were outstanding!!! Very polite and friendly, great customer service!! Love this place....

I was craving for a hawaian pizza with lots of pineapple slices on top, but this is what I asked them to do since you can choose anything with your toppings. In other words, you can make your own pizza. How interesting was that? Also, the dough is perfect for us. It's oil free, and they're so good.I love it. Dada got hs blue cheese, italian sausage, and black olives. Try and cheçk it out, guys. I highly recommend it.

Staff was so accommodating. Wasn't sure exactly what pizza I wanted. Asked for suggestions, and he helped me come up with a great pizza. I've already ordered the same combo again and made the same one at home.

***Disappointing Experience at MOD Pizza***

I recently visited MOD Pizza with my wife, and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. We were completely ignored upon arrival, and the wait was unreasonably long. Despite our patience, we eventually decided to leave and went to grab tacos elsewhere.

1. **Service Ignored**: The lack of attention from the staff was disappointing. As customers, we expect at least basic acknowledgment when we walk in.

2. **Excessive Wait**: Waiting for an extended period without any updates or assistance is frustrating. We felt undervalued as patrons.

3. **Alternative Choice**: In the end, we opted for another dining option due to the poor service at MOD Pizza.

Overall, our visit was far from pleasant, and we won't be returning. Hopefully, MOD Pizza can improve its customer service to provide a better experience for future guests.
