MOD Pizza

i Called the store and tried to ask if I can pick up my order earlier. But the person who is answering my phone kept on hanging up on me with no reason.

service tonight on november 7th 2025 was horrible. it took 10 minutes of standing there without any employee starting our order, even though only one couple was in front of us. there was 0 sense of urgency despite it being a friday night. I thought I saw that a side salad is only 6.89 but we were charged 9.89, and when we asked, the girl told us “I think the prices changed.” you think or you know? there was no manager to help out either, and several people walked out due to the long wait time. an employee named joel was the only helpful one, the girl seemed like she couldn’t care less. I have worked in the food industry for 8 years and this is very disappointing.

This is my favorite Mod location in the city. Nick is the man! Amazing service with a smile on his face, such a positive guy. He deserves a raise and promotion.My wife has a gluten sensitivity and he gladly took the extra precautions to make sure everything was extra safe for her (clean surface, clean cutter, clean spoons, fresh tray). And the pizzas were delicious.

Also, Mod’s tea is amazing. (90% sweet tea, 10% berry lemonade)

We have ordered pizza from the Riverstone and Missouri City location. I like that the Riverstone location offers gluten free crust and it’s pretty good but I think I prefer Center Courts. Mid also offers unlimited toppings for one price which is something I’ve never found at other pizza places so give them a try! We’ve never fined in so can’t comment on atmosphere or service.
