This place used to be good. Plenty of toppings, right amount of sauce, and speedy preparation with delivery. The past 3-6 months have been very disappointing with undercooked topping (which are very sparse now), to not enough or any sauce, and meager toppings. I tried to tell myself it was just a bad day for the staff or new people working,but it now has become a very bland, cold pizza every time. I won't be getting pizza from MOD pizza again. Yes, it's priced good but you get what you pay for so I'm happy spending more to get a much better pizza. Chao Mod.

The pizza reinvented,amazing the staff are all friendly and awesome. Best of all when it starts getting hot every MODS I've been to is perfect with the temperature inside even with that oven they have!!Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves the toppings choices some i can agree with others i think she gets so i wont eat off her plate.lol

My pizza has been undercooked for the past 2 visits. The white lady closing last night was extremely rude & irritable. Was rude to me and her coworker. She was annoyed that i ordered a mega dough pizza and told me “we don’t even have enough dough for that as if i did something wrong. She didn’t like that i was there ordering an hour before they closed & that online orders were coming in past 10 pm on a FRIDAY night. Mind you they don’t close till 11. The overall experience made me uncomfortable. Y’all save your money & just go to blaze instead.

I had to wait a full 30 minutes in a not so long line. I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes at the cashier. They cooked the pizzas out of order; someone who ordered after me got their pizza before. They kept putting online orders that had come in after my pizza before mine in the oven. I was not offered any sauce either. I ordered two pizzas then proceeded to wait 1 hour for the first one and another 30 minutes for the second one. I am very unsatisfied with the service and how they handle a large amount of customers.

Don’t want to come here anymore. Come to the store around 2 o’clock. there is to worker at front , we are the only customer, but they are just too busy to play around No one even come to take my order ‘i waiting for 15 minutes and they just pretend there’s no customer . I really get angry and left.
