Excellent service! I was greeted when I walked in and the workers were very kind. While I waited, I was unaware that my pizza was slightly burnt, in fact, that’s how I prefer it, but they remade the pizza without my acknowledgement and gave me both of them. They didn’t waste it, How sweet!

I love the concept of MOD pizza but really the price is not worth the price for the little amount you get on the pizza I literally just went in and have to kept asking the guy to add more because he would grab a tiny bit of each ingredient! This pizza looked like it was made by a toddler!! So disappointed!!

Visited here after a movie. It's only 2 minutes away from First Colony Theatre, which was nice. We've never had Mods. It was late, around 10pm and we were the only customers there. Upon entering, there was no acknowledgment or greeting of any kind. No "Hi welcome to Mods or we will be right with you". We just kinda stood there waiting to be assisted. There were at least 2-3 staff members visible. The toppings area was messy and many with each other. I eat with my eyes 1st! So, I was about to walk out. Then a young guy walked up with a warm smile, put on some gloves, and said, "Hello, what can I get for you guys?". The pizza won me over!! It was the star of the show! They charge by the size, not the toppings. So, I had a moutain of veggies and my partner had the meats. It was delicious to say the least! I will be returning, so I signed up for their points program and got a free dessert on the spot. We ordered 2 pizzas (med-large 8-10 slices), as many toppings as we wanted for $20. Can't beat it! Atmosphere was chill, spacious seating, nice music and beverage options. My only suggestion is: "be more attentive, welcoming, and keep toppings area cleaner".

Love this mod. It took a little longer than normal because a lot of online to go orders were being prioritized. Fun atmosphere and great pizza. Their chocolate dessert with cream filling is amazing too!
