I had a great experience at M Tea and Coffee! I tried the lychee jasmine green tea with freshly made boba and chia seeds; light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The pandan egg waffle was absolutely delightful; highly recommend! The vibe was chill with games like Connect 4 to enjoy while waiting, and the popcorn chicken was a tasty snack. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for a relaxing boba break!
I had a chance to try the matcha drink , coffee and egg waffle here.
It’s a pity the waffle came last, as the drink tasted a bit bland by the time I got to it.
There aren’t many stylish cafés around here, likely due to the high cost of construction — but this one actually looks great. It’s better designed than many others, with a spacious layout and well-placed furniture, making it a comfortable spot for working long hours.

This place is by far my favorite Boba Tea spot in Sugar Land on highway 6. The popcorn chicken, fried tofu and the waffles are my favorite snacks there. I usually like to order just the Jasmine green tea with 50/50 sweet and ice and once in a while I would order the Brown Sugar milk tea. The fruit teas are also very good here as well!
