Napoli Express Pizza

We went to Napoli Express Pizza to try out the food after finding about it on Instagram. We were greeted by the owner who also took our order. We got Chicken Parmigiana and Chicken Tikka pizza. We ordered spicy. The food was delicious and the service was quick. Place is really clean and well kept. Price is also reasonable. They use Crescent Zabihah Halal chicken. Everything on the menu is Halal. We will definitely come back.

Food quality and quantity is really awesome. Their taste is unique and they do an excellent job with food preparation. We like a spicy touch to our food and they were happy to accommodate our request. Got served with oven hot delicious chicken tikka pizza. They even served us with a basket of complimentary garlic bread. Generous portions.

I just ordered spaghetti and it was so spicy I couldn't even eat it. There is a new owner now so things are different. I will not be ordering from here ever again!!!

Everything I tried so far has been excellent with quality ingredients and freshness. The meats, cheese, and sauce are top notch. I tried the Supreme Calzone, Baked Zitti Al Forno, and Supreme Stromboli. Service is fast and friendly. Can't wait to try other items on the menu.

Placed an order during open hours at 8:15 on a Monday,

I’m assuming the employees didn’t bother to turn off their ordering system when they decided to close early. Even the door states they are open until 9pm.

Had no problem taking my money and having the store hours still say open on maps, on the door, etc. was at the location at 8:30 and realized no one was there.

Not a welcoming experience. As I waited on my pizza to be made, the chef rung the bell indicating there's an order ready. I was the only one there. 3 people who work there were sitting at the table in the dining area. No one moved. After 3-4 minutes, I got up and asked. She came back out with my pizza. I ordered an extra large pizza and asked for cheese and crushed pepper. They gave me 2 packets.

Overall the pizza was not the best. It was just ok.

Delivery: In past good pizza with sufficient toppings. This trip, a disappointment. Skimpy toppings in spite of having paid extra for
additional. Crust not as ordered. Prices (like everywhere) have gone up and an added delivery charge, made the extended wait more frustrating. I think we will go elsewhere in future. A pity, we have been buying here for a long time.
