This was our second visit. The first time we came, we really loved the food. However, this time, except for the Raj Kachori, all the other dishes were disappointing. We ordered the Paneer Lasagna and Butter Chicken—both were overly sweet. The Gobi Manchurian was just okay and the naan wasn’t fresh.

We also asked for sliced onions and lemon, but the staff denied the request, saying it wasn’t possible. That seemed odd, as it’s a basic accompaniment anyone might expect.

Overall, the experience was okay, but a bit disappointing compared to our first visit. Probably will come back only for Raj Kachori and beetroot tikki.

Wonderful dining experience we had in weekend!! Amazing ambience with quick service. Recently they turned to both veg and non-veg having plenty of options.

Must try Tacos, Chicken dhabewala & mango mojito.

Always great food over here. Love it.
Only suggestion- I think they need to just Up their South Indian food game a bit.

Went to Nirmaz with an open mind. Lots of nice menu items. However I was a little disappointed when my chicken Dhabewala came out cold. It seemed like the chef forgot to add a few extra minutes of heating time. Anyway I decided to flag this and the front staff were kind enough to switch out the dish. Had a dosa instead which was reasonably good. Not exactly your high end dosa but appetizing nonetheless.

This is a stop for all indian cuisines, be it chat, north indian, south indian or sarso ka saag and makke ki roti, they have it all! Good and quick quality. Food quantity is good too. This restaurant does try to experiment with food as well as its presentation is equal to a high end restaurant.

We visited Nirmanz in Sugarland; Indian restaurant for the first time on Mother’s Day. The food was actually quite good—flavorful and well-prepared. However, as with many Indian restaurants, the service was extremely basic—actually, worse than basic.

There were only two servers working during what was clearly a busy dinner service. After we were seated, the restaurant filled up completely and people were even waiting outside. Despite that, no one came by to clear our plates or offer a to-go box for our leftovers.

We ordered a lamb dish, which turned out to be a curry—but when we placed the order, the server didn’t ask if we’d like naan or rice to go with it. Once all the food arrived, we realized we needed something to eat it with, but no one came to check on us. After waiting for quite a while, my husband finally had to go to the counter and ask for naan. By then, the food was already getting cold.

Unfortunately, the poor service really overshadowed the good food. We may consider ordering takeout in the future, but we’re definitely not planning to dine in again anytime soon.
