This store and staff is horrible and rude!! Bought a couple dozen bundts and they don’t have any bags!!! They just ran out of bags… really??? So now you have to juggle your order and hope you don’t drop them. This is the second time this has happened here. I now have to buy a bag so I can get them into an office without dropping everything. Are they so cheap you spend 80.00 and cant get a bag… Order your supplies!!!! Such poor customer service! I will not visit this store again!!!

Came by to pick up an order I placed about 2 hours in advance…they told me I’d need to wait an additional 15-30 mins in the lobby for my order. This location struggles with time management, so I just got a refund instead. The workers are also rude. I expect better service from this establishment.

I ordered a dozen mini for a party. I searched all of the bakeries within a 5 mile radius and this place had the best reviews. I ordered silver toppers and custom flavors. I haven't had a cupcake from this chain in at least 5 years. I remembered I did like them. I enjoyed the carrot cupcake I tried. We ended up eating most of the cupcakes. They never made it to the party.

Cakes are delicious but my experience today was so surprising know they are completely cashless. I rushed out in bad weather for a cake and grabbed cash and not my wallet. This is very inconvenient.

Worst Customer service ever. This location never wants to honor the coupons just because at the bottom of the email it says a different location name. But somehow when I place the order online with the coupon I am able to pick it up, how d*** is that? It is ridiculous that even after I told them to their face about the pickup situation they didn't care either.

I place an online order Monday August 7th. I wanted the order for Thursday August 10th. Don’t like the fact they don’t let you know your order was ready. And they so in a rush to hurry and get you out. My order wasn’t correct. So I had to wait for them to fix it and didn’t get an apology for the inconvenience so never again will I go to this location.
