It's all in the name. Extremely generous portions. Burgers we're thick and juicy. So many options, I should have ordered a kids meal bc I only ate half. We had a chicken sandwich, burgers, fries, curly fries, and mozzarella sticks- every thing was perfectly seasoned. Fried sides were wonderful golden brown with slight crisp. Wish I lived local, I'd eat here often. (Similar pricing and cook times as shake shack and five guys, WAY better quality)

the food was raw the meat was literally not cooked at all and the tenders had no flavor and also we ordered large fries and they gave us so little fries. When we first came in and sat at a table there was so much crumbs and the couch’s in there was ripped up but at least the service was alright

The people who takes the to-go order don’t know what they are doing! I asked them to give the extra sauce and also paid for it, they give me the white sauce instead of the orange sauce which they put on the fries. Really disappointed with the staff they have to take orders, I have to come 5 miles to get my food and what I get is a headache , this has happened two times in a row in which last time they didn’t put ANY sauce at all. Get your act together.
