I've tried this location several times when I'm in Sugarland. The past 2 times, tables were dirty and the person taking the order seemed confused. I was there a few days ago and purchased my favorite salad, unfortunately the dressing was old. It tasted terrible. I won't be returning. I look forward to eating at Panera's as there in not one near my home.

I’m grateful Panera exists. They offer a variety of food options that lean towards healthy and natural flavors.
This particular restaurant is very busy at lunch. They’ve done a great job of expediting by separating out online order pickup from the front counter. Although there were enough people in the place to make it chaotic, it doesn’t feel that way at all.

This happened about a month ago, and I can’t let it go.
I was the only Black man in the café, and from the other side of one of those high cubicle-style walls, I clearly overheard two employees talking about how they don’t like Black men and only date “traditional Hispanic men.” They said it loud enough for anyone nearby to hear.
It might sound small to some, but this is a big deal. That kind of talk is racist, disgusting, and completely unprofessional — especially in a public place where customers can hear it. It made me feel deeply uncomfortable, unwelcome, and disrespected.
I will never return to this location. If management allows that kind of behavior behind the counter, it reflects a bigger problem. Do better.

For a toasted Bagel, I waited longer than 10 minutes. The staff does not appear to communicate or assist where others are lacking except take orders. Preparing them is another story. The guy setting up and refilling the pastry area and bagels assisted when the line got long with placing the order. But....when it came to the orders being made...tragedy. I was astonished at the length of time. I had stopped visiting this location for a while as I have experienced this before. It has been about a year and felt I could give them a try again. EPIC FAIL. I couldn't believe the wait time for a bagel. Others behind me ordered a bagel and coffee. I had to request a refund for my order because I was being held up over an already cooked item that needed to be sliced and toasted. 😳 There needs to be some organization and communication here.

With two simple orders ahead of me, I waited 20mins for a breakfast sandwich I didn't order that was somehow cold and the worst iced vanilla latte I've had.
The waiting for a drink was way too long. When I asked about they said it was coming out in a second, but in reality nobody was doing anything yet. Bad service and nobody takes responsibility.
