TERRIBLE service. I ordered my pizza it came super quick. Only for me to open the door and the driver basically threw it at me, (they looked like it was a DoorDash driver), the box was cracked opened, with no seal, or in a delivery bag.
So I called the store and let the shift lead know. She said she would remake it and have her driver come back because he just delivered an order (which was mine).
After I expressed my concerns about how it was delivered and the fact the box was not sealed and it was cracked open. She assured me that she would have my order remade and will make sure it’s sealed.
Second order arrived, the seal was barely on the box and it was even more open than the last. I called right back and was told that I had to wait for the manager to come in the next day since she was only the shift lead and she wasn’t able to get an answer from the call center due to the time of night. Completely bull! I will never order from them again. This was 12/11/25 around 9:30 pm

Pizzas good . If you want boneless “wings” get the ones at Pizza Hut. The ones here taste like cold rubber straight out of the microwave.

I’m ordering since 7 years but today pizza was full of oil full of garlic and I called to store but Manager was so rude with me, Evyn she did not want to listen to me. She’s blaming to me that I online the order and I know what should the order so why should I’m going to complain when I Want to explain that I know what I did order but she is just shut the phone down very disappointment unprofessional behavior. Pizza was listed as ‘ready’ in the Papa John’s tracker, so I headed over. At first, I was told it’d be ready in three minutes. Weird, but okay, whatever. About ten minutes later, I was told their system was messed up and they just put my pizza in the oven. Was told it would be another five minutes. About ten minutes later, it was finally handed to me. In all, I had to wait about 25 minutes after it was listed as ‘ready’ to actually get it. Only reason I didn’t give them 1 star is because the pizza itself was solid, so I’ll at least give them that.
Recommended dishes: Extra Large New York Style Pizza

Consistently wrong and/or consistently late.... Year after year! This means that corporate management has given up on this location. Go to another Papa John's location if you really want it. Domino's down the street is 10x better.
