Subpar Tex Mex food at outrageous prices. The name has carried these chains long enough to have Pavlovian trained suburbanites spending enough money for a car payment on mediocre non-authentic dishes. Our server and staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Loads better Mexican food available in the area, but the TGI Friday's feel of this place makes the majority of its patrons comfortable enough to dine in.

I was thoroughly enjoying myself until I was accused of taking pictures of staff.... when I was taking pictures of my drinks which are on the bar. I tried to show these photos to the manager... who wouldn't even look at them... Unacceptable, and unfortunate... It cost the wait staff an incredible tip... I won't be back.

Every time we go to Pappasitos, even though the service is not up to par 100% of the time, the food we always get is sooooo good. We come here as a family with my son, mom and dad. We order the lunch fajitas and margaritas. It’s always so good. Every time. There is definitely something different about Pappasitos than most restaurants. I do not want to give you too much credit, so that you change too much and let it get to your head, but I just had to give credit where it’s due.
Thank you for making each of our birthdays special. Every time. This is our go-to and has been ever since I was a little girl. For about 30 years, Ive enjoyed pappasitos. It’s always a good time for pappasitos and you cannot say that about many other restaurants.

My most recent visit to Pappasitos was so good that I had to leave a review. Visiting the Sunday after Thanksgiving the restaurant wasn’t as packed as it normally is which was a good thing. The food came out quick and everything tasted great. The service was exceptional from our waitress, the gentleman that brought our food out, and other members on the team that checked on us. Only gripe I have is that Pappas restaurants are good for slowly increasing the prices on everything and I fear it may get to a point where Pappasitos isn’t my go to for Tex-Mex. Before you know it that Platinum margarita is going to be $20.

We love Pappas restaurants, especially Pappasito’s. A staple of family outing spanning decades! Food although on the heavy side is tasty, service is normally excellent but on this day, our waitress was waiting a lot of tables… so we didn’t get as attentive service but still decent, and the atmosphere is amazing! We celebrated our family Bday here, just like we’ve done for many years! The only thing I would say is that food costs have gone up a lot and the value proposition isn’t as compelling as before but having said that, the food was excellent and so was the atmosphere.

Excellent service, waiter was engaging, checked on us timely. There were 6 at my table and each had something different, everything was brought out within 15 minutes.
We had some cold beers and apps, the ribs and the crab cake stuffed shrimp was fantastic! Always great service!
