Pepperoni's Pizza - Greatwood

This place has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. On a previous visit, my order was completely messed up. When I spoke with the manager that day, she told me she would comp my meal on my next visit to make things right.

When I returned, the same manager suddenly changed the story and claimed she only offered 15% off, which is not what was originally stated. That inconsistency was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, and it made it clear that she was not being truthful.

Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. Between the incorrect order, the backtracking on what was promised, and the overall lack of accountability, I won’t be returning. Horrible customer service and very disappointing.

romeo was a cool dude grate service all around grate pizza

Pizza was terrible. Obviously it's frozen. 10 years ago they had the best.

Sasha really took care of us when uber eats fumbled. Our order was placed at the wrong restaurant and she still fed my babies while I was trying to figure out why my order went to the wrong store. She helped me take care of things on the back end and even got us something to wash it all down. The food was fresh and tasty and as usual. This location really takes care of you never disappoints on the quality- thanks again, Sasha! 😊

Cade was a wonderful help!

You get Shane he is amazing and knows the menu. There is a tall guy with glasses Justin also helps gives suggestions and puts movies on for the kids. If you get Cade be careful he charged extra by not giving the daily special and he rang it up wrong. We asked to change it to what we ordered. He said he would have to charge us. the driver came to say they will fix it. We got it right but we won't go if Cade is their. Nice kid but needs more training.

Thank you Pepperoni’s! Ordered my Super Bowl food this morning for scheduled delivery at 5:00 pm. The food arrived exactly at 5:00 pm, fresh, hot and delicious! Amazing!

The counter person, Valerie always gives excellent service!! Always!! It's been several months since I've gone to the restaurant which is why I was in complete shock and flattered that she remembered my name!!

We usually take out but Cade had the dining area so clean, we dined in and he took special care of us. He ensured our order was correct and followed up after we received our meal.

Pizza was not good and I’m the type of person who is satisfied with a good box pizza or Little Caesars. Was in the mood for good pizza and was very disappointed. Cannolis were HORRIBLE! Soggy and had cinnamon in the filling ?
