Phõ is flavorful but they serve very little green. Matter of fact the only green they gave me was basil. Poor serving.

Food not too bad but not that great either, I wouldn’t recommend ordering the thai tea here, personally didn’t like it.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Pho Saigon. I ordered a dish that came with a choice of sauces, and when I asked for a simple addition of one, I was shocked to find out they charge extra for it. There was no mention of this fee on the menu or by the server. It felt really petty and unnecessary, especially considering the price of the meal itself($17). If you're going to charge for something as basic as sauce, it should be clearly stated upfront. This lack of transparency definitely left a bad impression, and I won't be returning anytime soon. After I said yes it’s okay you can charge me for it, she said “it’s a minimum of $5” like come on, all I said was thank you! I was willing to pay but she was not willing to give me no extra sauce at all! lol

I’ve never been more shocked by a restaurant’s pricing policies. I went to Saigon with high hopes, but my experience was soured when they tried to charge me $1.50 for a small side of sauce that should have been included with my meal. When I asked the server about it, they simply shrugged and said it was “policy.” I asked for 2 so she’s said it was $3 I said it was cool to pay but then she said the minimum was $5 with card! I paid $17 for spring rolls but I couldn’t get extra sauce!

I get charging extra for specialty items or upgrades, but for something as basic as sauce? Ridiculous. It’s a cheap move that makes me feel like they’re nickel-and-diming customers. The food wasn’t even exceptional enough to justify this kind of behavior.

Definitely won’t be coming back. It’s not about the $1.50 – it’s the principle. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for something that should be a basic part of the meal. If you're looking for a place that values its customers, look elsewhere.

One of my 2 favorite Pho spots low prices and good amounts of food. Very nice staff. If you’re in southwest Houston this is the spot. I would like them to get that big rib that goes in your broth. However that’s not a complaint that’s just a wish. Love their food.
