I forgot my card there once and then received a notification from my bank about a transaction that was made but not approved. Then i called and the lady in the front had it. I went to pick it up and she said she found it in the restroom! Not knowing i knew they had tried using it. Bad service...she also speaks very little english so when i called prior to make the order the only thing she said was "too busy" and hung up the phone. I tried calling again to see if i can speak to someone else and she disconnected the line..or put it on DND. Rude, the food is not all that good...and the place is not that clean.

This place has the best pho. They provide with a lot of meat and the broth is dark and doesn’t look water down and not very sweet. It’s so flavorful. The staff are very friendly. This is going to be our go to pho place.

The food is always amazing! I don't eat pork, but my fiance does and they love the pork dishes! I love the beef and chicken dishes. Our favorites are the traditional Vietnamese egg rolls, pho ga (chicken pho), and their banh mi (sandwiches)! Their egg rolls are super addicting and their pho is so homey and delicious ?. It's really nice comfort food! The servers are super sweet and polite ?My fiance and I have tried different pho and Vietnamese places and personally this is the best place. What makes it even better is the lunch special that is from 11 am to 2 pm ! It's comfort food at a cheap price! If you haven't been here you're absolutely missing out !Parking: There are a limited amount of spots right in front since it's in a strip center. But there are tons of parking elsewhere.Kid-friendliness: They allow kids and babies,etc. They have some kid friendly dishes too. They also have some sweet music playing in the background

I know they are pre packed, but the temperature you guys are storing them in are making them go bad. This is a on and off issue.Second, please put the saté from the bun Bo hue separately like other places, not mixed or directly on the noodles! I ordered 3 portions today and it was so spicy and difficult to eat, I’m always choking when I order this.I’m hoping our next order will be better.

The food is always good and very reasonably priced but I have a major bone to pick with this business regarding their treatment of Yelp/GrubHub customers. Every time I order for pick up without fail, they treat me like I'm trying not to pay. I pay through the app EVERY TIME, and when I go to pick up my food it takes them upwards of 5 minutes to relinquish my order to me. They have to check this and that and that and this, making sure I am who I am and ordered what they're giving me (by quizzing me in every item I bought!) and I have gone 4 TIMES giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were just having a bad day(s). But after 4 times of dealing with this I can honestly say it's unprofessional and quite honestly very rude. I am a very non-confrontational person but I got SO UPSET the last time, I don't think I want to go through the effort of ordering here again. I should not have to remember every single thing I ordered and be tested on it when I come in and give you my name for the order. My name should be on the dang receipt! This has never been an issue with any other restaurant, or pho place more specifically.
