Food is okay. They need more staff. Last time we went for a party of 6 and were seated. We waited an hr before we got only two waters and our order was finally taken. We had to wait almost another hour to actually get our food. This wasn’t the first time we experienced this kind of service. Not worth the wait.

Very rude service and overpriced food :( I completely understand small businesses charging higher prices for quality service and food, but we got neither. From the beginning, we were ignored and we had to walk up to the manager and get their attention to be seated. They were very rude and just ignored us for a while, then just pointed where we should sit. Then they charged $17 for fried rice that was too salty, and the manager was rude and just threw his hands in the air and was annoyed when we told them, while we couldn't even put this food in our mouth. They did not apologize or offer to remake, and just angrily took the plate back, added white rice to it, and put it back on our table without a word.
No vegetables in the veggie pho, there was just 3 pieces of broccoli and tofu. The broth was very plain and did not compare to other good pho I've had.

Service is TERRIBLE. Waited 2.5 hours for food, before we even came in they locked the doors and made us wait 30 minutes even though we called early morning to reserve a table. They served at least 4 parties (pickup orders) and our large group of 12 people felt EXTREMELY unwelcomed. No courtesy, no acknowledgment, simply NO service and attitude adjustment is needed.
Unfortunately will not be coming here.

Food has always been okay here but the service is outrageous. Went for a dine in and they were charging $10 extra per bowl. Apparently you cant get more than 1 bowl per large order of Pho otherwise its $10 extra a bowl. They need to step up their service.

The food here was actually pretty good overall, except for the spring rolls, which weren’t great. However, the atmosphere didn’t sit right with me. I came about 45–50 minutes before closing, which should still be normal dining time, but the vibe felt off from the moment I walked in.
The owner seemed rushed and more focused on taking my money and getting us out than providing good service. I genuinely felt unwelcome, and after reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who felt something was off. Great food, but the customer service and attitude really bring the experience down.

I did order chicken dumplings for $10.95 at Sugar Land and they gave me right item but charged me $19.95 for another item. As soon as I as pointed out then corrected it. Did not say sorry. Looks like they have been doing it all the time. Probably most people do not check it. It was a take out order on November 15th, 2025 at 4:30 pm.
