Pho Telfair is so much more than their Pho. Highly recommend the butter garlic wings and the short beef ribs. They are AMAZING!

I get it the staff is on spring break. However you should update that on google or even your website before someone drives 20 min plus to get here and find out you’re not open

The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the succulent beef short ribs - they were cooked to perfection, tender, and full of flavor. Not to be outdone, the crispy garlic wings were a revelation, with the perfect balance of crunch and seasoning. It’s clear that Pho@Telfair takes pride in their food, and it shines through in every dish. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!

Have ordered take out from here about 3 times in the past 6 weeks. They pack it well and the pho is delicious, meat is tender, and all halal which is a plus. It is pretty expensive though compared to other pho places.Service is incredibly lackluster; all three times ordered well ahead but still had to wait at least 15 minutes to get food. The last time I went, waited 45 minutes for something already ordered beforehand, came late but apparently was given away? No call or explanation, this too was told to me 10 minutes into me waiting to pick my food up, took another 30 minutes to apparently pack up pho to go.If dining, it takes at least 20 minutes after seating for order to be taken, and no napkins or utensils readily available (all behind the counter) so it takes you 10 more minutes to flag down the sole person working to get you anything. They need at least one more support staff during busy times as one person is manning the phone / cashier, serving food, clearing tables etc. Go somewhere else whether take out or dine in if you are on a time crunch.

The food was excellent, but the pricing is wildly different than from what is listed online and even listed wrong on the menu itself.

They left dirty tables the whole time I was here, it was not busy at all. The sauces including the salt containers were empty and the service was terrible, since they didn’t come once, I’m a very polite person but they won’t even respond to a thank you and will walk away before you say something, the place is beautiful I just hope they see this and become cleaner and more focused on costumer service. The phones were ringing the whole time and some type of alarm as well, I hope they can do better their food is not bad!

Great spot for halal pho in Houston. The bowls are generous, and the broth was good. The chicken spring rolls were okay, but the beef dumplings were very good. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

1 star for the food. The pho might honestly be the worst pho I’ve ever had, but I bumped it up to 2 stars because the service was good and the restaurant is clean and open late. Came here at around 10pm and ordered two bowls of pho tai. It took 15 minutes to bring out our pho, even though there was only one other table (who already had their food). Anyone who eats pho knows it usually comes out pretty quickly because the broth should already be cooked and all they really have to do is boil the noodles and assemble, so what were they doing back there?? I’ve never waited more than 15 mins even at the busiest most popular pho shops. When it finally does come, I try the soup before adding anything and it just tastes so bad. It’s bland, stale tasting, and left a very weird aftertaste in my mouth. Absolutely did not taste like a rich pho broth that has been simmered with beef bones and aromatics for 10+ hours the way it should be. I’ve had $2 canned pho broths that tasted more flavorful than this. It somehow tasted like nothing and rancid at the same time. I don’t even think I can say it tasted like beef. The only good thing I can say about it is that it was hot. To top it all off, the noodles were slightly hard even after that long wait and there was no fresh basil/mint leaves with the bean sprouts. I wasn’t expecting anything crazy good this late at night, but I was extremely confused considering all the good reviews this place has. Maybe it was an off night or the other good reviews aren’t about the pho, but you would think a place with pho in their name would try harder on their main dish.

I used to like this place. The service along with food quality has become so poor. The host is so rude! Poor table manners, be just kind of looks at you strange.
