We visited Pizza 101 Sugar Land to have pizza. In the past, we have ordered a medium-size half & half of any two specialty pizzas multiple times without any issues. However, this time we were refused the medium size and were told that it is available only in large size.
This was confusing because the online menu clearly shows the medium-size option. The staff did not provide a proper explanation. There was an older man at the counter, and unfortunately, the service and attitude were not good.
The pizza quality is usually good, but this time the customer service was very disappointing. They really need to be more consistent with their menu and improve customer service.

Thanks for the great pizza on Thanksgiving night when most places were closed.
We ordered last night at 9PM, we arrived to pick up our food and the store was closed. We were frustrated, hangry, and confused. I woke up this morning and the store owner reached out to let us know there was an emergency and they had to close early. I really appreciate talking with the owner and i can confidently say they really do care about their customers. We will be back to try the pizza soon!

Pizza101 is a great spot for delicious, freshly made pizzas. The crust is perfectly baked, toppings are generous, and flavors are always consistent. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the atmosphere is casual and welcoming. Definitely worth visiting if you’re craving quality pizza!
